This upstairs Getaway has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a loft with two twin beds! The full kitchen has quartz counters, new appliances, large dining area, hard wood floors throughout and seating for 2 on a small balcony. Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs with cable for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed, with a private bathroom, and the attached loft. This unit is also complete with private Washer/Dryer and Air Conditioning with separate climate control for front room, and each bed room.

Other amenities include high speed wireless internet, front room large flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, pull out sofa couch in the front room, Beach enjoyment includes umbrella, ice chest, wagon, boogie boards, beach towels and 2 chairs.

When you are done shopping and dining in the village you are conveniently located just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Southern California with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean shoreline and Catalina Island. Just minutes away from world-class shopping and dining at Fashion Island featuring Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Ave., The Cheesecake Factory, PF Changes and many other first-class experiences. Balboa Island is just a short 5-minute drive away to the north, Crystal Cove and Laguna Beach is a short drive or bike ride to the south. The Corona Del Mar certified farmer’s market is 1 block away where farmers sell directly to the public every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1 PM. Fantastic location, comfortable and clean!
We brought our family of 6 to spend several days in southern cal. We weren’t familiar with Del Mar before coming but it was absolutely the perfect location! We spent 3 days swimming and boogie boarding on Newport Beach. It was a very short drive and easy to find parking down that way. You could walk to Caron’s Del Mar beach. Also very beautiful, just a bit more crowded than we liked. The neighborhood was gorgeous. Such beautiful homes. The beds were so comfy and my kids enjoyed the little loft area.

Everything You Need
This apartment worked perfectly for our family vacation. The room with the loft inside worked well for my son’s family with two young children. They could also have exclusive use of the ensuite bathroom. There is a short ladder leading up to these twin beds. The one other bedroom had a comfortable bed and a closet to store suitcases and all belongings. The well appointed and very spacious kitchen/dining room was well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment, including a slow cooker which came in handy. All appliances were up to date. The living room/dining/kitchen open area was very spacious and allowed another family to join us for dinner. The beach was a short walk away which was very appealing and appreciated, as were the beach towels and chairs and sand toys. Doug was very responsive when I contacted him for a question. We would definitely return here at any future visit. It was 10/10!

Great location
This was our second stay at the property but this time we stayed in a larger unit upstairs. Doug and Rachel are responsive and accommodating. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the beach and downtown CDM but an easy drive to many other places.

Amazing location.
This was the perfect house for our beach vacation! The owners were very easy to work with and on top of any issues that came up. My teens loved the loft with 2 twin beds. Stop looking and book this house!

Perfect beach house
Love the property. Everything was as described. The place was clean and comfortable. The location is amazing. They have everything you need for the beach. Wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys. It made going to the beach so easy. Slept my family of 6 comfortably. My boys loved the loft room. We definitely will stay again.

Fantastic beach house!
Our entire family loved staying at this home. It's situated in a picturesque neighborhood that is close to the beach and great food. On top of all that, it's a beautiful home, it looks even better than the pictures. Our kids absolutely loved the hidden bedroom up the steps. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

A trip to remember
Our family of five (w/ two teens and 9-year-old) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable unit. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous, and we loved the proximity to the beautiful beaches and downtown area w/ restaurants and stores. We took day trips to Disneyland, Universal Studios, and LA with days in between to relax and enjoy all that Newport Beach has to offer. A very memorable trip for our entire family (the kids are already asking when we can go back). Thank you, Doug and Rachel, for sharing your charming home with us.
