"We enjoyed the location of this home! Easy to take the ferry or walk into town. Home was beautiful and having a parking spot every day and not having to look for on street parking was icing on the cake! The cleaning person forgot to change the sheets in the master bedroom because they were not clean at all but I am sure it was just an oversight. We will definitely be staying here again!!"

"This condo was perfect for our family. The first thing you notice upon entry is the view of the Pacific Ocean. The beds were comfy and the condo was well stocked. There were plenty of fans to move the cool ocean breeze around the condo. We will definitely be back!"

"A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. "

"My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. We walked to the fun zone and to dinner each night so didn't cook at all but enjoyed...

"Property is very clean. Nice garage. Short walk to Balboa Pier, shops and restaurants. It does describe it is a second store unit and each access you walk through the lower units patio but even with this description there was still some strain that the tenant on the lower floor didn't want us walking through the patio so it defeats the purpose of being on the beach. We didn't let it bother us but it is a little odd probably should separate a walking path for the upper level"

"Jennifer /staff was extremely great to work with. Parking was a disappointment. I was unaware that my stock F150 wouldn’t fit. I spent more money for Two nights of parking on the beach at $37.50 per night & accidentally a third night so overall spent $120 more because it was not clear that parking may be very hard for Non compact cars/suv The unit was little outdated, fixtures, especially considering it is a 5 to 6 million dollar home. I would think it would at least have LED lightbulbs instead...

"We had a great stay! Great location, great home for a small group. The patio is really nice that it’s closed in and accommodating. Really nice that they provide beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrella. The only thing I wished is that they had a larger sofa to accommodate more comfortable seating inside the house for a movie night. Overall really great place, I would stay there again. "
