"We had such a great stay! The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond and made everything easy. The neighborhood felt very safe and had plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. It was also super convenient to Oktoberfest, which was the main reason for our trip. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Every one of the staff members we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely plan to stay again the next time we are in the area. "
"Stayed here to attend a concert at TQL Stadium. Was very happy with the entire stay. Great location walkable to the stadium and bars/restaurants. The hotel was perfect and classic, with live music on the evening that we stayed. The parking garage is private and less than a block away. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat."

And although the check in was very nice - Tanysha, the front desk person of the night shift, is a really attentive e friendly person- the front desk person during the day, Heather, is extremely rude and moody.
She refused us a paid late check out until 4 pm, even though the hotel wasn’t full and there were plenty rooms available.
We explained that our flight was at 9pm and we were with kids, but she said that we should paid a fully extra night for it.
We certainly wouldn't stay there again.
