There was a heating issue the host had some difficulty solving in a timely manner (one night with no heat in the upstairs, but heat was able to travel upward from the main floor). Host was professional and pleasant in their communication, and the house was otherwise a beautiful location to spend a Christmas vacation with family!"

"Everything about the cottage was amazing. Check in was easy. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the back yard was delightful. "The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close.
