"The property is comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, right at the harbor with an excellent cafe right across the street. I have stayed at a few VRBO properties and never had plenty of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, etc provided. That was a fantastic surprise. If a may make one tiny suggestion, a row of coat hooks next to the front door would be a cheap, but much appreciated addition. "The main reason we selected this property was the lake. Thats the cover picture for this place and a lot of photos touch on it. Its even called the lakefornt cottage, i believe. That is the only reason we selected this place. Much to our dismay, when we arrived inthe lake. We are from Texas so if this happens every winter, we have no idea. "Anne was one of the best hosts I've stayed with at a VRBO property. She thought of every last detail and was extremely attentive and had a bottle of wine and chocolate treats for us when we arrived, along with a stocked kitchen of everything you need. "Unlike most Vrbo locations where you work with a real person and a real home where little things like coffee filters or cooking oil, etc might be left behind for the next guest, this place was wiped clean. Also an early check in request was $80 whereas most properties work with you if they can swing it without an extra charge. "From start to finish it was exceptional. Scott was a great host, checked in to see if we needed anything. The place was clean and had everything we could ever ask for. It was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back!"

"Na recepção não informaram que tinha que pedir para limpar o quarto, ficamos 5 noites, no terceiro dia, que seria a 4 noite pedi para limpar o quarto as 9:00 AM, porém a recepção não pediu ou seja fiquei com o quarto sujo, pelo menos me deram toalhas limpas. No café embora era só até as 9:00, não tinha acabado de comer ainda e a moça pediu para sair porque ela tinha que limpar o salão e não pode nem esperar uns minutinhos. Os dois cartões que abriam a porta todos os dias eu precisei ir até a recepção porque a noite ele não abria a porta para entrar. “Cartão não ficava junto do celular, conforme o recepcionista disse que poderia ser isso”"
