These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your doorstep, you will enjoy being moments away from world-class tasting rooms, restaurants, and other exciting attractions. Our One Bedroom and Studio Suites are located in the community of Newberg Oregon which is commonly referred to as the "Gateway to Oregon Wine Country" where our passion for local wine, food, culture, and adventure come alive! These full, luxurious apartment-style suites have been remodeled with modern amenities travelers desire while still capturing the original grandeur of the historic building, making these suites a great place to call home each night of your visit to the Willamette Valley. Do note the Yamhill Flats are located on the second floor of this historic building, and there is no elevator available.

Flat #4: This Studio suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious in size and residential in feeling. With a splash of color, this suite features a vivacious modern full kitchen, a supremely comfy queen bed, ample clothing storage, and a small dining table and seating. The en-suite bathroom features a beautifully tiled shower-tub combo, lots of lighting, plush towels, and a hair dryer. 

This is one of five Yamhill Flats available above the charming downtown. Our flats feature all of the same amenities you would expect when visiting a luxury hotel, with the bonus of modern, fully equipped kitchens (two without ovens). Every guest will enjoy individually controlled air conditioning and heat, en-suite bathrooms with essential toiletries, Dish Satellite TV, wireless internet, and complimentary concierge services. With this fantastic location and impressive amenities, we are confident you will be delighted to call the Yamhill Flats home while exploring Oregon Wine Country! Lovely rehab and decor. The welcome basket was perfect. Need grab bar in shower and the conditioner dispenser was clogged. The entry to the building and the very steep stairs were difficult.

This was my 2nd time staying at Yamhill Flats and it was the perfect home away from home. Communication with property managers was prompt and the welcome bottle gift (bottle of wine, coffee and popcorn) was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, spices and tinfoil so preparing meals was effortless. Very comfortable bed and tidy/clean bathroom. Would highly recommend staying here.

Impromptu Get-away
My husband and I decided to head to wine country at the last minute to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary a couple weeks early. We found Yamhill Flats and it was delightful. Nice downtown location making it easy to walk to dinner, easy access to lots of wineries. Room was clean and charming. Bed was comfortable. I was a little stressed about not getting the door code until the last minute but everything worked out like a charm. It was a great little get-away. They even left us a sweet note and treats to celebrate our anniversary.

We usually Stay in the country when we go to Newberg. Staying in downtown was a refreshing change. Convenient to a lot of food and bar options. It was a nice alternative for our usual trip.

The unit itself was well appointed and was very comfortable for a small space. It was perfect for our needs. We did not like the common areas which seemed like low income housing.

Close to many wineries. Very beautiful wineries in Dundee and Newberg. Excellent wines. Studio apartment very comfortable and decorated well. Very thoughtful additions of teapot, coffee and bottle of wine waiting. Challenge filling out renters agreement. Did not like limited street parking. Steep stairs to enter second floor was not enjoyable with an impaired knee

Wonderful place to stay!
This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. The location in Newberg was amazing- we could walk to all sorts of restaurants and coffee shops. The place was clean and cozy. They included special touches like coffee and a bottle of wine. It was just a wonderful place to stay and we would highly recommend it!

Great location with everything we needed!
This unit is definitely an efficiency... which had everything we needed. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a lot of countertop space. The bathroom is small without much counter space, but all we needed. During our stay in Newberg it was 103 DEGREES!!! The unit's heating and cooling unit worked like a champ!!! We kept it at 75 degrees with the ceiling fan on high, which kept us comfortable. Yamhill Flats is steps away from great dining and shops. The people of Newberg couldn't have been any friendlier and happily gave suggestions about local events, winery's, and tucked away restaurants that we should try. It was an easy drive from the airport and parking was never a problem. The only thing that might be a concern for some travelers are the steep stairs to the unit. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.

Great little spot in the center of wine country.
Although the space was a little bit smaller than I expected, it was perfectly comfortable space for two. The property managers provided every conceivable touch for a perfect stay. The towels were lush and generous, the kitchen was well equipped for simple meals, and the welcome kit of coffee, creamers, and a little wine was appreciated beyond words. I can only hope this space is available next time we visit the Valley, because I would stay again in a heartbeat.
