The hotel’s location is convenient, but everything else—building, staff, and room conditions—was absolutely terrible. We checked in on Christmas Eve, only to find that the room looked nothing like what was advertised. It was extremely small, with barely enough space for the beds, and had a suffocating mildew smell due to the lack of ventilation. The only airflow came from a window without a screen.
The room was filthy and unpleasant. Pillows were stained yellow, the bathroom lacked a fan and had black mold in the bathtub, and several cabinets were broken. Many areas were simply unacceptable in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.
After discovering these issues, I contacted Expedia to report the situation, and they reached out to the host. When I went to the “office” to follow up, it was dark, and it seemed like they were deliberately avoiding me.
We ultimately left and booked a different hotel instead. I strongly discourage anyone from staying at this property.
