Located in Hamilton Heights, New York City, enjoy this private 1-bedroom updated apartment has to offer in a beautiful historical Brownstone. This nice property features a one-bedroom and a cozy living room with a Queen size sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. With amenities like two smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, Backyard dining, workspace, Wi-Fi, AC, and a bonus of a private dining backyard. We also have accommodations of a playpen and highchair for your toddlers. Guests can feel right at home during their stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Comfortable for a 2-4 person stay or a small family.

Just 20 minutes from Times Square to watch the New Year's Eve ball drop, Rockefeller Center for tree lighting, Thanksgiving Macy's Day Parade, Radio City Rockets Christmas Show, Heart of Broadway Theatres, amazing restaurants and so much more. Nice place
This apartment was just what I needed for my long weekend trip. Except for the party nearby on Friday night, which I didn’t mind because the music was great, it is surprisingly quiet. I appreciated all the little extras like coffee pods, creamer and water bottles. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Could Not Have Been A Better Selection
Accommodations were very clean, comfortable and nicely located. We wanted to experience Harlem and have easy access to Downtown NYC. Both were achieved. The apartment is in a historically rich section of town and a pleasant neighborhood. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

One of the best properties we have stayed in while in the area. Listing 100% accurate. Clean, comfortable with luxury touches throughout. Walkable quaint neighborhood with multiple good restaurants just blocks away. Easy access to transit. Would give a sixth star if possible!

This was an excellent rental. Very clean. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. A bit of a stretch to say it sleeps 4. For 2 people very comfortable; a third could be on the couch. Very safe behind 2 locking gates. Lovely looking little backyard, although too cold for our November stay. Quiet street very near subway stations. Big kudos to the very attentive property manager... when the power unexpectedly went out, she contacted us immediately and she immediately came over at midnight with lanterns, candles, etc. Highly recommend this property and will definitely consider for a future trip to NYC.

The apartment itself was amazing and the location was excellent.. Cozy Hamilton Heights apartment
Coming to NYC for the very first time, we knew it was going to be an adventure. We decided to have a complete local experience by staying in an apartment instead of a typical hotel. This cozy little apartment did not disappointment. The location was perfect for us. It was in a neighborhood right around the corner from the subway and a short walk to Broadway, which gave us access to a variety of shops and restaurants. During the day, we were able to get on the subway and maneuver around the city and get to all the main attractions. At night, we were able to come back and enjoy a relaxing evening in the apartment. Any questions or concerns was addressed very quickly, and it was easy to communicate with property manager. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back and stay in this cozy apartment to experience more of the city. Thanks for giving us awesome service.

This is such a gem in a historic neighborhood. The stay was very unique in that it is the semi-basement unit of a townhouse building, full of character and access to a private backyard. The owner/management put meticulous attention to the maintenance of the unit such that it never felt like a basement unit. Loved my stay. The only thing to note is that you need to read the instructions carefully - access to the unit is NOT up the steps to the main gate. It’s through the little iron gate next to the main steps.

I love love love this apartment. The apartment was just the right amount of space for me and my friend. The bed was comfortable. The living room had the right amount of space and Very clean. This was my first visit in this area of town. From my NY friends, everyone says it’s Harlem but I believe it’s in between Harlem and Manhattan. Whatever the case, the location was fine for me, it was close to the train and had everything else accessible within walking distance.my daughter and I felt safe and had no complaints.The apt itself was so clean and cozy and provided everything needed for the stay. The host was so pleasant, as well as attentive and made herself available at all times. I believe I have found my go to stay spot as I visit often and do not like to always stay with friends or a hotel. I recommend 10/10.
