Balcony chairs are high chairs with no table to set a drink on low chairs are not there, owner said they must have been taken. Great view of the beach and ocean just can’t seat out there to enjoy it

Great location
Small unit with everything you need. If you want to walk to many restaurants and shopping on Flagler Ave, this is a good spot. Great view of the beach.

Wonderful Stay
We booked this property 11/17 to 11/25. It was a trip for our 60th birthdays and wedding anniversary. Fabulous location to all restaurants and shops on Flagler. 5 min walk. You can watch the sunrise from your bed. Property was clean and well maintained. Spotless pool area with nice loungers. The condo was stocked well. Down stairs are washers and dryers. We did rent a car for the stay but you really do not need one. Also be sure to check out Canal Street. We are getting to the age where we will be looking for long term rental during the winters and we would consider this condo if available when the time comes. Will return again.

Amazing View
I stayed here with my fiance for 3 nights and we loved the location. The view of the beach and pool was amazing. The restaurant scene (walking distance) was also one of the highlights of our trip.

Anniversary Trip
We had a wonderful time. The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view. Lots of things within walking distance. Will definitely stay again. Pool were very clean and not crowded.

Great get away!
Brought my wife down for her birthday and we had a great time. Walked down to Breakers for lunch and drinks right on the beach (5min walk). Highly recommend SoNapa (very nice but expensive) and the Garlic (long wait but worth it!) for dinner. We will definitely be back!

I have been going to Coconut Palms for over 20+ years and this property was perfect for my daughter and I. Very clean, nicely updated, and everything we needed for a great vacation. The owner was wonderful to work with….. will definitely be coming back!!

Excellent beach property
This property was excellent for location, cleanliness, and overall convenience. The owners were responsive and detailed the property perfectly. It was walking distance to Flagler Street, and a 3 min car ride to some of the best restaurants. I’d highly recommend this property.

Comfortable condo for 2 people. Very nice view. Nicole is a very responsive host and very accessible. You will enjoy the beach as it is wonderful for walking as very flat. The heated pool is quite comfortable.

Nice little spot, fun location
Us and my young kids stayed here. They stayed in the living room and my husband and I slept in the bedroom. The condo has a wonderful ocean view and is in a property with a couple other buildings. The pool directly outside our building had a broken heater but the one two buildings over and an easy 1-2minute walk was super warm which was great since it was in the low 70's and 60's during our stay. There are shops and good restaurants within walking distance with a great day and night scene. The unit was updated and nice. My only complaint is there weren't any kitchen towels. Not sure if that was a simple hiccup or not. It wasn't important enough for me to ask. The host was super easy to work with and communicated efficiently.
