I Would NOT Recommend!!!
Too many issues!! The keypad and deadbolt lock were a constant problem every time I left and came back trying to get into and then lock up the apartment. It made it so that I checked out a night early, as the thought of going to pick up food for dinner and having issues getting back in was just ruining my stay here. The second night it took me an hour to finally get into the apartment with groceries, I had picked up. Every day I was on the phone with property management trying to get in. Even the local maintenance had issues with the keypad and deadbolt.Also, the reeking of cigarette smoke in the apartment from the moment I could finally open the door the first night, was overwhelming. I actually felt sick and developed a cough that lasted for days after I checked out early. Glenn, the maintenance man was very understanding and great. He came over, but not until the next day, to put in an air purifier, which helped, but it still had a chemical smell in the apartment lingering. As a result of all of this I checked out a night early, and the property management took two weeks to get back with very lack of carrying and not even one night's refund. I should have asked for a complete refund, but I only asked for one night's refund, as I had to pay to stay at a hotel, my last night that I had already paid for this apartment. The whole experience ruined my stay in New Smyrna!
