Our stylish and ultra-luxury 2-bedroom condo is not just a rental property but a complete lifestyle experience. Just 25 steps to New Smyrna Beach, your every day starts with peaceful morning coffee. Direct access to the Atlantic Ocean makes it a premium residence option near New Smyrna Beach, Bethune Volusia Beach, and a prestigious church.

This unit has a patio where you can smoke, spend quality time with friends, or play games. Comfortable chairs are also available on the patio. A heated pool and garage facility are not available at this location, but there are lots of other perks about this condo.
Smooth Experience and Hassle-free Stay Managed by an experienced host, this spacious, house-like condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is available for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other events. On-site amenities and convenient access to restaurants and other attractions make our guests fall in love with our property. Although our unit is not oceanfront, you will be on the beach in a minute or two —it is just 25 steps away.

Pet-friendly Accommodation
You probably cannot leave your dog at home. We understand that. Ocean Clubs South 2-bedroom condo is pet-friendly, and we have no issue with you bringing in your sweet dog.
However, we have some rules regarding pets to ensure your safety and protect the property. A maximum of two dogs are allowed, and that’s probably best for you to enjoy your “me time.”

Great weekend away
The condo is well equipped and decorated beachy. Everything you need is there. Though there is no ocean view it is a quick walk to the pool area and ocean. There is ample seating both inside and out. Highly recommend.

Fantastic pet friendly stay at the beach
I've been vacationing at the incredible Ocean Club South with my family for 36 years, and I can say that this was by far my favorite vacation to the area and by far my favorite unit on the entire property. The owner was very responsive and helpful through the entire process. Our dog loved the unit and the short walk to the dog area across the parking lot. There are 2 things we think could make the stay a little cozier. One being the excessive amount of knick knacks on all the surfaces. This makes it hard to use the space to put your things. And the other being the lock on the thermostat. It does not go below 73 degrees (above room temperature) unless you ask the owner to change the lock temperature. She did immediately change the temperature for us when we asked, but in my opinion it doesn't seem like a good idea to lock a vacation rental's AC unit. People like to be comfortable on vacation. But honestly, those small things don't take away from super celan, nicely decorated, pet friendly condo.

Beautiful place
Family for the weekend to celebrate birthdays . The place was so beautiful, well stocked and had everything you can think of!! Stacy was easily available for questions. The ammenitoes at the place were also awesome!! Highly recommend staying here. The fact that i was able to bring my dogs was also a huge plus!!

It was so nice to get away for Spring Break in Florida! NSB is close and we were able to hang out with a lot of our friends. This property had all of the amenities that kept us cozy and relaxed for our vacation.

Stayed here the past week. The condo was very clean, decorated adorable, comfortable king size bed. Stacey thought of everything. Thank you for the goodies. Nice pool around back with plenty of chairs the back drop was the beach. Excellent location clean and quiet. Restraunts and shops a few minute car ride away

Happy Place
Quiet, convenient, beautiful beach, very clean! Communication was excellent! Kitchen was very well stocked! Relaxing, nicely decorated! Comfortable furniture. Had a little patio to sit on that was nice especially in the morning with coffee. Short walk to the pool and the beach! Was quiet. would be glad to stay there again as it was very close to restaurants, Publix, low traffic areas, water, and Flagler Avenue if we wanted to go shopping.

Great getaway
Thr property is easy to get to and in a very quiet area. It is off season and most of our stay we had the pool and beach to ourselves. Stacy's place is very beachy, clean and she provides everything you might need, well above and beyond any place we have ever stayed at. Will definitely be back. It was such a plus that we could bring our 2 dogs.

Couldn’t have been better
I loved the quieter, end of island location! Super clean, super well stocked for everything I might’ve needed. Owner called me after I booked to go over everything and answer any questions I might have. Day of check in we spoke again so she could give me easy check in instructions. Very roomy, plenty of parking and walk out right onto the beach. I highly recommend this listing, it’s an A+ on my list.

Very Nice Place
Initially started a little rocky. The property manager stated in VRBO text that I would be called the Friday afternoon prior to my stay on Saturday to provide access code for entry. She never called. I had to call her in the evening and she didnt answer, then began the phone tag until finally we were able to talk. Ive been renting 4 to 6 condos a year for the past 10 years and have never had to wait for a call for entry code. Very strange. Upon entering the condo for the first time I discovered an open can of soda sitting on the dining room table. Lastly, this units rental cost is very high and over priced to be in the "C" building. I had 4 other rentals in the "A" and "B" buildings that were less the cost.

A Little Piece of Paradise
The condo was beautifully decorated and very well equipped for a stay in NSB. The host was very communicative and left a notebook filled with great information to help make the stay most enjoyable. The pool and beach are just a few steps away from the condo with ample seating by the pool; making it a breeze to go back and forth. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the entire condo is immaculate and very clean. The condo is situated in a small, quiet complex and in an area by the national seashore so that walks with our dog were very easy. What a wonderful two week getaway!

Awesome Condo!
We stayed at this beautiful condo for several days in October. It is set up well with everything that you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Beautifully decorated and quiet! Stacey was awesome even when we managed to access a unit in the North complex when checking in, by mistake! Once we got into the correct unit we found an awesome gift basket on the kitchen counter. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definately be back.

Beautiful property. Great towels. Welcome basket snacks greatly appreciated. Close enough to beach and pool to enjoy but further back leafy view made it a retreat at the end of a sunny day.

Nice Condo!
This Condo was very nice and clean. Great host. The only negative for us was that the AC is controlled to no lower than 73 and it turns off when you leave, so after a hot day at the beach we come back to the condo being 3 to 4 degrees higher than what we set it. Other than that, we loved our stay.

Overall a very nice property. Layout of the condo was good, and it was well stocked. From the kitchen to the beach accessories, everything was there. Great location being on the south end. Very laid back beach days, with not a bunch of people on top of you.
