This fabulous ground level apartment is located below the main house on the waterfront of Wanaka Bay at the very start of the Award winning Scenic Coastal Walkway. Bring your bikes and take an adventure along the Scenic Coastal Walkway, passing by Bell Block, Fitzroy and East End Beach over the Te Henui Stream and into the CDB about a 30-minute bike ride away. Only five minutes away from the Airport.

How holidays should be, salt, sun, sand and ice creams Lounge in the rock pools, surf, wind surf, kayak, kite-board, fish and wander along the beach with the family, collect sea shells and make happy family memories to cherish forever.

This ground level 2-bedroom cost effective apartment is surrounded by rural land and is situated on the waterfront of Wanaka Bay. As soon as you arrive you will be wowed by the view. Drop your bag in the lounge, slide back the slider and watch the waves roll in. You will feel immediately relaxed and at peace. Two spacious bedrooms, one with two singles or joined to make a queen bed and the master with comfortable super king bed and large windows maximising the sparkling blue water views.

A large clever designed kitchen has a real camp feel which compliments the beachy vibe of this apartment. It is well equipped to meet your holiday needs. Modern bathroom, washing machine and plenty of off-street parking for the boat completes this very special package.

Covid-19 cancellation policy.For reservations made on or after 10th June 2022 our standard cancellation policies will apply. From this date we will no longer be offering credits or moving booking dates if guests cannot travel due to testing positive for Covid and self isolating.

Please note: We do not refund for cancelled events due to Covid, standard cancellation policies apply.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

Other Details:

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

The property was tidy and clean. It had everything we needed for our weekend up in New Plymouth. The upstairs people were noisy when they came in, in the early hours of the morning.

main bedroom and view very good, lounge area poor, bathroom good, kitchen , laundry a bit of a mismatch. cleaners had not moved microwave or cooktop to wipe bench which was dirty. probably a fair enough beach type accommodation but definitely not top line . also exterior was a bit tired. altogether ok but I wouldn't rave about it- six out of ten,

Great Bach with stunning view and awesome team
I and my family had a wonderful break at Wills on the water. All the procedures are easy and simple and the house is amazing, stunning view, convenient location, nice facilities and friendly staff, Jo and the team were really helpful and reply our email immediately during holidays season, and help us straight away with great attitude, we really appreciate everything, they owner and the team are generous and kind and thoughtful, you find everything you could possibly need within the area, the only pity is that we couldn't stay longer. highly recommend and wish to come back in the future. Wish all the best to the team and family. Thank you very much!!!

Excellent location with sea views and farm vibes
Well equipped, clean, tastefully decorated Bach with BREATHTAKING views of the ocean and rolling hills. Farm vibes with big open stretches of grassy hills to the right of the property, sea views from every window... And yet part of the city and close to everything you need. Beautifully quiet and peaceful. Lots of lawn for kids to play. Note: Beach not accessible directly from property. No barbeque available which would have been awesome. Though this is a two bedroom unit, it feels spacious due to a long passage which sepwrates the rooms, big kitchen and bathroom and generously sized bedrooms. Loved it, hope to come again!

Peaceful and private. The perfect way to unwind
First of all a huge thank you to Jo for allowing us to stay at this amazing place. This place is perfect to unwind, away from all the hustle and bustle and relax with fantastic sea views. We decided we wanted a late check out after our first day which was not a problem. The clean and modern decor was also a highlight. A walk along the beach at low tide is also highly recommended. The super comfortable bed made for a great nights sleep. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who would like to get away from it all. Once again thank you Jo for your hospitality, we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away. Nga mihi nui, Charlie
