The property was modern and the owner was pleasant and accommodating. The incorrect address was listed on VRBO for the rental prior to check-in so I had to call the owner for the correct address after riding around the same street for 20 minutes. The neighbors upstairs paraded like horses day/night but after a long fun day in NOLA I still slept well. My rented KIA SUV was vandalized while parked in front of the house which isn’t the owner’s fault but I think adding security cameras to the property’s exterior would be helpful. Street parking is just that, street parking. Kia’s are being vandalized and stolen by using a USB in every city and unfortunately Hertz stuck me with one over 4th of July weekend when youngsters would want to joyride. Other Mercedes and Audi SUVs parked there were untouched. The property itself was comfortable and I would rent again from this owner.

Weekend in LA
The house is nice, clean but its a two apartment building and we could hear every single step the people upstairs were making to the point the entire house was shaking. Weird experience. Location is not too far from the downtown.

Everything was great close to everything nice space nice neighbors. The only issue we had was parking and the tvs in the rooms. We got lucky a couple of times but we will definitely return!!!! 😃 thank you 😊

Comfortable Stay!
The space was definitely big enough for all 6 of my family members! The master bedroom is BEAUTIFUL. Unfortunately we did have some appliances not work for example the waffle maker and the toaster. As well as the first bedrooms bathroom. Lloyd was very kind, and responsive during the trip, and we were sure to let him know the above concerns for the next guests. Lastly location wise it’s pretty good as well. About 20-25 minutes from MSY airport, 10-15 minutes from Jackson Square, walking distance from a Whole Foods, and a few other restaurants, and food marts we walked to as well!

Great Location - Great House
The location was secure, the home was nicely furnished and the community was so welcoming. It was close to everything we wanted to do and near gas stations /a drug store. Parking would be the one thing I'd say to be mindful of, but we squeezed in every time we needed to. The welcome board on the home said something about a driveway, but we didn't see one and didn't want to park on the yard. Overall a great stay, I would stay again.

Great Stay and a Perfect Location
This is the second time I've stayed here, and we enjoyed just as much. It's in a great location centrally located to so many things. Check in/out was beyond easy and the home has all you need and more. I would recommend this home without a doubt.

Best New Orleans stay ever!
Clean with plenty of towels and everything else we needed. Responsive host allowed us to check in a little early when we arrived ahead of schedule. The space looks even better than the pictures. En suite double primary bath, en suite bath in the second bedroom as well, and the third bath was just a few steps across the hall from the third bedroom. I always appreciate a washer and dryer and dishwasher, and this location had it all. Spacious rooms and a giant walk in primary closet. I felt very safe in this neighborhood, and was able to park at the front steps. This is a great location that was just an Uber away from the Superdome and Bourbon Street. Quick deliveries from Uber eats, too. PERFECT STAY!!!!

Great Stay! Convenient Location! Beautiful Home!
My stay was super great. The location was very central and close to the CBD, the home was clean and beautiful. I was in awe walking into the home. It was better than the pictures. I felt very secure and at home. Definitely would like to use this property again on my next visit.
