This neighborhood is safe and centrally located to everything in the city - universities (tulane and loyola), Audubon Park, Audubon Zoo, downtown, the superdome, french quarter and the street car lines. You are a very short 5-minute uber ride from everything in he city. Have a blast in a safe area of the city, so sit back, relax and enjoy this house.

Great place. Easy access to the city
The location is great, removed from the hustle bustle of downtown and the French quarter, but only 10-15 minutes away. The place is private and spacious with quiet neighbors. It had everything we needed. The extra half bath and off street parking are great perks. And the historic charm was authentic and cool.

NOLA Christmas
My family and I decided to do a trip to NOLA for Christmas and this was the perfect place to stay! Close to public transit and a comfy place to come back to each day. Also had a fenced in back yard for our dog! Highly recommend!

Clean, spacious property. Comfortable king beds, dining table could accommodate 10 - 12, complete kitchen, private backyard and off street parking. Convenient to all areas of town; Bourbon Street, swamp boat tours, Mississippi River paddle boat tours, Outlet Shops, and lots of local cuisine. Great value! 👍

Great Location!
Great house to stay in! We had a blast for Thanksgiving here, and it is so close to everything. Safe neighborhood. The only complaint is the one neighbor yelling to park closer to the house when already our car was directly next to the house and did not allow passenger side to open doors. But you can't choose your neighbors, lol.

My family and I came down to stay at this property to visit with other family that lives around the area, I was very disappointed and unsatisfied on how the property had a bad order throughout the whole house and sofa ,the sheets comforters weren’t washed and had blood droppings on pillowcases ,Also they had termites throughout the whole house including in the bed where we all had to sleep … The back door was unsecure and unsafe. The wooden stairs from the patio is damaged and Unsafe from the old wood maybe water damaged or possibly the termites because it was really shaky and unsafe As well of the front rail of the house was not attached to the porch very unsafe for younger kids and the elderly… and not to even mention the roaches and fleas we discovered..It was my worst nightmare I was very disappointed and Unsatisfied because it was supposed to be a vacation where I am able to relax but didn’t get the privilege to do so, I would Highly not recommend this property !!! Not so ever!!!I l even discussed it with the property owner and showed him all the pictures and he denied and had every excuse in the book it was just so pathetic !!! it’s such a shame… my name is Melanie Flores And my contact number is 787 2937020 for anyone that’s out there needed more information on this property I will be more than gladly to show you evidence and proof…

This house did not disappoint
The neighborhood was quite beautiful. There a lot of restaurants very close. The wood accents and authentic New Orleans style construction were what really make the house special. There were a few pieces of furniture that were cleverly made and I wish my mom could’ve seen.

Charming older house close to everything
New Orleans is essentially a small town and this house is conveniently located to access all of it. Most NOLA visitors will spend their meals out but, if not, this kitchen is quite well equipped. And for an older house, the number of outlets available is impressive. Keith/Yogi are among the most responsive property managers I've dealt with.

Amazing Rental near Everything!
I have stayed in NOLA many times! This house was the best place ever! Plenty of room, super comfortable King size beds in all 3 bedrooms, a comfy couch for everyone and parking! Don’t think twice about renting this amazing property!

Amazing stay in NOLA
Can't say enough good things about this vacation rental. The house was spacious for me, my husband, 2 kids (3 & 7) and my mom. The owner was very responsive with any questions I had and the place was clean and well maintained. For those who want to be in the French Quarter this is not the place for you but for those who want easy access to the quarter and peace and quiet when you get home this place is perfect. I'm a runner and the neighborhood felt safe and accessible for runners. The best part about the rental was the beds all king size and super comfy. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in town.

Great Stay!
We really enjoyed our time in this lovely home in a convenient location. Plenty of room for everyone, extremely comfortable beds, huge dining table we put to use hosting nearby family members for meals. Well appointed kitchen for all food prep. Off street parking greatly appreciated. Only issue was that this home wasn't available for our entire NOLA stay. Absolutely my first choice going forward! Many thanks to our gracious hosts!

Wonderful home and location!
The house is fantastic! We came to New Orleans for my daughters 21st birthday and had 7 adults in the home. The house is spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the king size beds and fire stick with movies. AC works great and the couch is huge and very comfy! We were able to uber back and forth from the French Quarter easily, about $11 per ride. The neighborhood is safe! We walked at night to Feret St. and enjoyed looking at the beautiful houses along the way. I highly recommend this property to stay at. We will definitely stay here again when we visit NOLA.

Adorable Family Get-Away
