Lake St. Catherine is located between the Mississippi Gulf Coast Casino's and the Famous French Quarter. This property has it all. Enjoy the excitement of gambling on the Gulf Coast or the fun of Bourbon St. Thirty minutes to New Orleans and 45 minutes to Gulf Port Mississippi.
You get the sunrise in the morning on the back deck and the sunset in the evening from the front porch looking over Lake Ponchartrain. You will witness a sea of stars all night long while enjoying the deck or on the rear fishing pier over the lake. Did I mention the breeze?? This beautifully appointed house has everything you will need. It is an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Take advantage of the abundance of fishing and crabbing the lake has to offer. Or take a kayak ride. Bring your boat and launch 4 doors down at Island Marina and then tie up to our private dock.
Our house is equipped with an outdoor grill, propane, burners, pots and pans. Just bring the fish fry and oil. Fishing poles, crab traps and nets are on the property for your enjoyment.
If you don't feel like cooking your days catch, save it and you are just a short drive to downtown New Orleans or Olde Town Slidell. Both offer an array of choices to tickle your tastebuds.
There are local fishing guides to take you out for a day of fun and fishing if you do not have your own boat.
