The Treme, next to the French Quarter, is home to New Orleans jazz, restaurants, and colorful homes is one of the most historic neighborhoods. Jazz Fest

Location of this home was perfect for walking to and from Jazz Fest (20 minutes) and some of the night time music venues. House was perfect for three adults, the only negative to the house was the hot water shower handle came off a few times. Would definitely stay here again for Jazz Fest.

Great stay

We loved this cute Shotgun home in a quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. The only thing a little bothersome... could have been cleaned better. Very easy correspondence with the owner. Absolutely recommend!!!

100% recommend

Amazing house was beautiful clean and overall made our stay much nicer than a hotel would have. It's only about a 30 minute walk from frenchquarter and about 8 -10 min walk to the trolley stop which made traversing much simpler.(I recommend the trolley) It's a shotgun house it's split down middle with 2 sides but we never even heard the neighbors. I highly recommend this property!

Overall satisfactory.

Initially there were communication problems and conflicting information regards check-in process. These were resolved. After that overall satisfactory. Hot water knob for shower lacked a screw to secure it, coffee maker kept complaining it needed maintenance.

Cleanliness is next to godliness

The location was great. The house needed a good cleaning. The bed linens was still in floor we had to wash them when we arrived. The floors needed swept. It needed dusted. The bathroom mirrors needed cleaned. The refrigerator was nasty. The stove had mice droppings on it. The trash was still in kitchen and half bath There was no hot tub as listing stated.

Love NOLA.. Don't Love Construction

The house was very nice but when i asked about a close trolley stop the information provided was inaccurate. The closest working site was on Canal and Broad which just under a mile away. Not blocks like i was told. Never saw they bikes and the yard in the back was uncut and unkept so we couldn't use it like we thought we would. the park space was not always available because of construction on the entire street the house was on. You had to turn on a barricaded street. I got a construction nail in my tire and had to spend Saturday morning getting that fixed rather than what was originally planned. I am not sure if the Host is not local and was not aware of the construction or the closed trolley stop but these are things she should have advised us of prior to our arrival. I appreciate her flexibility in letting us check-in early but other than the check in email we received, communication was non existent. We asked if the location had a blender before we arrived, no response. Just so you know ... It Does Not!!! I thought the listing stated 2 baths. In actuality it is 1 1/2 baths. Don't get me wrong Terme is a great location to stay if you are ever in NOLA i just wish i could have been better prepared when i was in the decision process.

Great Location

Walkable distance to grocery store and helpful neighbors. Host was quick to responses and helpful with issues. Locking the door by was a bit tricky due to land tilting but manageable; better to use the key sometimes over the code locking device. Overall, a good stay for the brief time we were there for business.

First Vrbo Experience

My trip didn't get off to a good start because the side of the duplex I reserved was not clean and had no water pressure. Dealing with the auto-locking door was tedious. The host eventually set me up in the space next door and all was well afterwards. I would stay again.

Convenient location in Treme

This property is very conveniently located in the middle of Treme. Anything in the area is in walking distance. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay. We had no issues with the home and the neighbors in the area were very friendly. The location was perfect for our group. It was about a max 10 min drive to the French Quarter. We were very happy to see the fridge was stocked with water as we had forgotten to buy some. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! Communication with the property owner was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and Stay for 4 people

Location was great - only a 15$ Uber into bourbon street. I will say the door lock pad is extremely difficult to figure out, but once we got in it was perfect for what we needed! Definitely need to get hot water working, however the house owner was extremely attentive and helpful! I would stay here again for sure
