The Bacchus has a location that can't be beat! Get your steps in and check out the coolest local bars and restaurants that NOLA has to offer all within a casual stroll of this home. Did we mention the French Quarter was just a 10 minute walk? If you want even more excitement, grab an Uber to Magazine Street, Marigny, or Bywater.
Four blocks from the St. Charles Streetcar Line.. this is a great option to see the gorgeous mansions and Live Oak tree draping of St. Charles Avenue.
Countless coffee shops and convenience stores located in a two block radius of this home.
Rouses Market is nearby too.

EVERY HOME, EVERY TIME
In a NOLA LUX home, you'll always find our bathrooms stocked with a starter set of everything you need to get squeaky clean including (but not only) shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Kick start each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We've even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.
NOLA LUX homes are immaculate and well maintained by professionals who clean and sanitize between every guest using the highest standards in the industry.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a NOLA LUX property.

WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE
Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions!

HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious:
- NO SMOKING
- No gatherings greater than the approved occupants
- No rearranging furniture please
- Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details.

**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.**

SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels.

GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date.

OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding)
- $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding)

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

PARKING
While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages.

Great location
We enjoyed a long weekend in NOLA and our location was amazing. Quick walks to fantastic restaurants and an easy walk to the Quarter. We had a rental car and found good parking with in and out privileges within a 5 min walk. The condo was gorgeous and had all the amenities you could think of. The balcony was also great with morning coffee!

Excellent Stay in New Orleans
Condo offers numerous amenities for travelers including an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, and large balcony for entertaining. Location provides easy access to many of the city's tourist areas. Safe walking distance to the French Quarter as well. A small bakery and crepe storefront is right across the street and a delicious restaurant is housed on the street level of the building. Manager of condo answered texts very quickly and efficiently. Do not hesitate to book this unit.

Perfect location and great space
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was wonderful and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and the gallery/balcony was perfect for relaxing. From the moment we arrived, it felt special. From the personalized letter to the chip, drinks, and chilled mugs, they went above and beyond. We would absolutely stay here again. Can't recommend enough.

Amazing property
This property was amazing as well as our stay in NOLA! The condo was clean and very nice. It was very well located with lots of restaurants and bars close by. The drinks and snacks were a nice added touch. It was easy to communicate with the host. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

The place was amazing super clean, comfortable and well stocked with an giant wraparound balcony for people watching. Erica our host provided excellent communication throughout our stay and always responded promptly to any questions. Great neighborhood in Nola
My wife and I stayed here with our 4-year old for a work conference at the Convention Center. The convention center is an easy 5-minute walk and there were many great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We really enjoyed Ironworks Coffee and Crepes which is right across the street as well as the St. James Cheese Company which is a couple blocks away. The unit itself was very clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms both have high-end finishes. The Keurig worked great and the included K-Cups were a nice touch. The weather was unusually cool during our stay so we didn’t get much of a chance to use the wonderful balcony. Had it been warmer we would have spent a lot of time out there. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great stay for long weekend in NoLa
My husband and I stayed here with our 2 month old baby and my parents for a long weekend around a wedding in NoLa. This rental is 5 star and nicer than any of the 5-star hotels we've stayed in before in NoLa. This unit is huge - great common area and largest balcony in the building by far. Check and communication with the rental team was easy and very responsive. When we come back to NoLa we will try to stay here again!

We loved our condo rental. Beautiful furnishings, walking distance from night life and great restaurants. This place was everything the listing said it was and then some. We especially enjoyed the wrap around balcony. The only complaint we had was noise from the busy street that woke up our baby, but that is unavoidable if you are wanting to stay in a central location in New Orleans.

Renting was easy. Communication with the property team was good. A little disappointed that we paid for early arrival and the cleaning crew was there when we arrived. Location is great. Little too much noise from street traffic. All in all a good experience.

This apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great. Very walkable to the Ernest Morial Convention Center. The French Quarter is also within walking distance.
