Summary:
Maison Grace is an adaptive reuse transformation of a mid century warehouse in the neighborhood of the Faubourg Marigny, New Orleans. The building features soaring roof line ceilings, exposed steel trusses and walls of energy efficient glass. The one-time 6200 square foot commercial warehouse has been repurposed to accommodate group travel, business retreats, staycations and more.
The Space:
The space was completely renovated in 2019 leaving the original warehouse materials intact. A few upgrades include Nest Thermostats, keyless locks, 82-inch 4K TV in the main room is perfect for everything from watching the game to giving presentations.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a 10-foot kitchen island and matching dining table, both constructed on site from local reclaimed heart pine.
The property backs up to a residential neighborhood. In addition to the modern design, it features a large backyard with a crystal-clear pool, privacy fence, turf, & a BBQ grill. Spend some time on our rooftop deck overlooking the neighborhood. We also have Off street parking for 2 cars.
More Perks:
-A coffee bar is located just off the main hall, equipped with a hot and cold filtered water station, a blender, toaster, & Keurig Duo coffee maker with coffee, cream & sugar to get you started.
-A washer & dryer closet is available in the den (look for the folding door beside the piano). Some laundry detergent, an iron & board are provided.
-Shampoo, conditioner, & body wash are provided. As well as a hair dryer, cotton rounds and Qtips.
-Each bedroom and the living room has a Roku TV with Netflix and HD antenna for live local channels.
-Memory foam mattresses are in each bedroom with most having desks or workspaces.
UPSTAIRS: Access stairs are through a door in the kitchen, located to the right of the refrigerator.
Once upstairs there is a shared area to relax in. You will see stairs that lead to the roof top deck with seating. If you are going to hang out up there just, please be respectful of my neighbors especially if it is late.

The Neighborhood:
The Marigny is located directly next to the French Quarter just before Bywater. It's a walker's paradise and you will find most of what you need within only a few blocks. A 2 block walk places you on world renowned Frenchman Street, which offers many live music and night life venues, while still feeling like a local's secret. 3 Block walk to French Quarter

Coffee.....Who Dat Coffee Cafe and Starbucks both within 1 block
CVS Pharmacy within 2 blocks
Getting Around:
easy to navigate on foot or bike. Street Car access at St Claude just 2 blocks away. Lyft/Uber/Cab always convenient.
New Orleans offers a Bike Share Program, Blue Bike, with stations located throughout
Other Things to Note:
- There is a 3% charge on bookings made through home away & our website to cover payment processing fees that cannot be returned in the event a cancellation is necessary.
- Our property is located directly next to a residential neighborhood. We are required to enforce the city’s noise ordinance which does not permit excessive noise outside after 10PM.
- We cannot accommodate bachelorette/ bachelor parties or anything similar. No Parties, Events, Smoking or Pets. Cannot invite guests to the property that are not part of the booking reservation.
- Check-In time is 3:00 PM and Check Out-Time is 11:00 AM.
- Pricing fluctuates daily.
