This Historical Home was built in the early 1900's. Totally renovated, with all the charm of New Orleans. Our New Orleans Creole shotgun home is very spacious with new furniture and all the making of a comfortable home.
The Historical Bywater neighborhood is an artsy area with easy access to the Quarter, Frenchman St, Crescent Park, cafes, restaurants, grocery, park, and bars all within walking distance. 1.4 miles to the French Quarter and 3 blocks to Chartres St. & the Mississippi River.
Welcome, and enjoy our Historic Bywater neighborhood.
We are close enough to the French Quarter to walk (15 -20-minute walk), but still far enough to not have the noise, expensive parking and activity of the French Quarter. If the walk is too much just call Uber For Around $6-10.00 (taxi), or rent a bike.

The Brennah Rose Place has a Living room with hardwood floors, TV, sofa and 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished, (but who wants to cook when you're in New Orleans and you have all this good food).
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and hardwood floors.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and hardwood floors.
Primary bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed, also has a full-size bed for guest traveling with small children that would like them to sleep in the same room with them and TV.
Bathroom #1 consists of a toilet and combination tub/shower. Shampoo and Conditioning are not provided. Bathroom #2 consist of a toilet and shower. Shampoo and Conditioning are not provided

The Brennah Rose Place has all you need with a driveway and off street parking always close to the house. Plenty of street and building lights at night for when you return in the wee hours of the morning.

My sisters and I had a fantastic stay. We had everything we needed. Cathy was a wonderful communicator and helped us find great restaurants and jazz music. When the snow storm and cold weather was predicted she helped us navigate these challenges. We will stay again on our next visit!

Girls trip
We had a blast! The property was perfect and had everything we needed . We had 6 girls total and two cars. Parking was perfect and neighborhood was quiet! The owner was super helpful and responded anytime I had questions!

Bywater is the best...
Great property with lots of New Orleans charm. Very responsive host went out of their way to make sure we had everything we need. Bywater location is great for quiet, good food, and great local bars and music. Highly recommend.

Our group really enjoyed this property. Walking disrance to several great bars, restaurants, and markets as well as the French Quarter. The home itself was clean and comfortable, with lots of NOLA charm. Hosts were helpful and responsive to questions. They alsi provided a lot of great information about things to do in the local area.

Group of 5 ladies loved this house. The neighborhood is friendly and holds a lot of hidden gems. The house was beautiful and colorful. I suggest taking advantage of the back porch. I would suggest asking about check out process early because we got the information day of check out.

Great NOLA getaway!
The Brennah Rose Place was a great getaway spot in NOLA! Tons of great neighborhood dining spots and a short bike or car ride to all the bustle and music of Frenchman and the Quarter with all of the benefits of living like a local. Great stay
Property was great with communication from the moment I booked until check out. House was just as pictured, and was a lovely stay. My one singular annoyance was that upon arrival, we had to remove the bedspreads and pillow shams and replace them with blankets from the closet, because the bedspreads were purely decorative and not for functional use. That was the last thing I wanted to do after driving 8 hours and hauling luggage inside and up the stairs. Frankly, it’s a bit ridiculous. That topic aside, the stay was wonderful and we didn’t have any issues. Despite my likely exaggerated irritation with the blankets, I’d definitely recommend this location.

Wedding Weekend
What a unique property. It was very NOLA ish. Love all the decor. The owners were amazing. We added a day to the front end at the very last minute without any complications. Both arrival and departure processes were easy to understand. The neighborhood is very safe with families walking dogs and babies throughout the day (don't go too many blocks over though. kinda sketchy). We always felt safe and everyone in that area is so friendly. There were many small bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. Loved Pizza Delicious and also the Bywater Bakery. Elizabeth's was soooo good and within walking distance as well. Our daughter's wedding was at The Marigny Opera House, just a short distance away. Renters should keep in mind that the downstairs bedrooms are "shotgun" style in that you walk through each one to get to the back of the house, which was fine for us since we were all family, but something to keep in mind. In addition, the King/Queen bedroom is upstairs (steep steps), so anyone with knee problems should stay on first floor. The house has heat and ac, and we were always comfortable. The back porch and sitting area was a very welcome place to relax each evening and morning. We would most definitely stay at this property again. Great experience.
