Great house
The house was great. It was in a good location in walking distance to the French quarter. The houses were beautiful and clean. We had an issue with a toilet and hot water and someone came the next day to fix. My only complaint would be that there needs to be more practical items. We were baking for a wedding and needed oven mitts and there were none.

Great location - slow communication
We loved the general layout and spaciousness of this place. Nice kitchen and heated pool - some of the bedrooms were really lovely - 1 was small and not suitable for an adult. However, the space had some type of dead animal smell that permeated the space for the 3 days and nights, to the point where people had to double up for the final night. We used the space to meet together during the day and it was very difficult to manage the smell. We received no support or compensation to make up for this.

Great houses in the best location
The houses are perfect for a large group gathering. Plenty of space for people to hang out and everyone had enough privacy to feel comfortable during the trip. The neighborhood ids also incredible; walking distance to great bars and restaurants, easy to catch rides or bikes from too

Perfect Location - awesome pool
Every other time I stay in NOLA, we end up zig zagging around town in ubers. With this location, with Horn Cafe and Friendly Bar blocks away and Frenchman and Bourbon all within walking distance we NEVER had to get into a car. We walked everywhere and it was perfect. House was well appointed, clean, and the pool/hot tub worked! It was a great time

College housemate reunion
Just like NOLA, this house has quirky charm. All-in-all, it was a perfect home base for 10 college friends who gathered for a reunion. Positives: *Location is near Frenchman Street, but far enough away so that the street is safe and quiet. *Michael and Marcia are excellent hosts. They communicated well and were responsive to questions. * Houses comfortably housed 10 adults Items to consider * There are steps in odd places such as sunken a sunken bedroom and bathroom * One bedroom is a walkthrough to another bedroom

Great place; remember it’s historic
The space was great for our group of 14, but we don’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. We loved having room for all of us to be together and eat together. We experienced post hurricane issues that were addressed when we made them known. Very responsive!

NOLA Bachelorette Party
This place was extremely accommodating to the 16 of us. Plenty of space inside both houses. The homes are very nostalgic as well which was very cool to us. We walked to Frenchman street which is the locals Bourbon St. you're only about a mile from bourbon though as well. It was a FANTASTIC trip.

Great spot with lots of character and charm
Wonderful home base for a group of friends visiting Nola for a festival weekend. Comfortable and charming with a nice touches of local history. Marigny location fantastic with a lovely backyard and pool. House was in terrific shape for guests!
