"We had a gathering of our family here. We were all raised and attended school in Waupaca. This was THE spot for us to be and it just went so well for us. We liked having the lake and kayaks to use and the yard in back with the picnic tables…..just so nice here and the location was so pretty. Very happy with our stay! Thank you! "

"Needed a place where I could unplug and enjoy nature with my dog and the cabin totally had that!!! The cabin was clean and had everything one needed for relaxing. Lots of deer in the apple orchard. Welcome basket with wine and other goodies was a really nice touch and the wood burning stove was already started for me! I will be back"

"This is our second year staying at this cabin, and we hope to come back for a third! Love that there’s enough space for our group to gather, but enough separate room when we want to spread out. The beds and pillows are comfy, and the deck views can’t be bear. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We had a wonderful visit as a family. We had the best of both worlds, being secluded in a private wooded area but conveniently close to tourist attractions and restaurants. Our host was phenomenal and unexpected upgraded us to a newer property due to miscommunication on his end with cleaning the cabin we were originally supposed to stay in. Would absolutely stay in this area again! "

"Rhonda greeted us at the property and she was very kind and friendly. The place is rustic and beautiful! I loved the modern kitchen with all the dishes you need to cook or grill. They even had shampoo/body soap for showering and I love the touch of having makeup wash clothes. We enjoyed camp fires, the lake and the quaint town of Fremont. The place was SO peaceful ! "

"House was lovey and lots of nice amenities . Kids loved trampoline, play area and air hockey table. River tubing about 20 minutes away, great time for all ages. Close to walking/biking trails. UTVs not allowed on trails but can use local roads."

"We had a wonderful stay! Cabin is really nice. Very clean, well furnished and super cute. Location is great - just steps away from restaurants and the boat launch. The large pier made it so easy to dock our boat for the weekend. Fred was very quick to respond to questions and so accommodating. We look forward to our next visit!"

"This cabin truly is a hidden gem! Our family getaway was very relaxing, and there were lots of fun amenities for all age groups. We lost track of how many fish we caught just off the pier alone. "What a wonderful place to gain perspective. Hearing the water lapping on the rocks. Nice fire pit by the water. Saw deer crossing the road in the same spot on our daily walks. Saw cranes ducks and lots of natural beauty. A yellow tabby followed us home from a walk on a nearby country road. The home is well layed out. Really enjoyed the gas fireplace after getting a chill from our walks. Very pleasant stay! "
