"This place is a little piece of heaven. Everything about it was wonderful. Fully furnished suite with everything you need away from home. Toaster, wine glasses, washer dryer. Everything. One block from an awesome beach and a two minute walk from the Boardwalk. The place was clean, safe and quiet. And dog friendly. My dog loved the deck and was a little busy body watching everything going on. Will most definately stay again. "

"Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. "

"It was a last minute trip and so happy I found this house. Beach was close and quiet for an early June visit and Billy restaurant was so close and great food. Will be visiting again. "

"I almost don’t want to tell anyone about this gem as it will become a tough spot to book. Place is perfectly situated, updated, quaint and cozy. Love it!"

"It's tight quarters, but what a spot! To get up, grab a cup of coffee, and walk right out my door and watch the sunrise over the ocean? Magical. Peaceful. Divine."

"Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved how there was a door from living to bedroom, made it quieter when going to sleep. The condo is on the first floor which is a plus. Very rare to have basic cable, my BF and I enjoy watching the news and having coffee and breakfast in the morning!..2 burners to cook was great!!!"

"My son and family joined us with an 8 yr old and 18 mon old. There was plenty of room for all of us. My grandson who decided to join is at the last min stands 6ft 3 and had a doorway issue but dealt with it-The girls had a blast in the “classroom”.we were served pretend food- entertained us with a puppet show - read stories and loved the play yard. Our host was the best. She answered every question in a timely manner even tho she was on vaca. The house was spotless - very comfortable beds and...

"The place was perfect for our short get away! Paul greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed and knew how to utilize all of the amenities. It was a very short walk to the quiet end of the beach and easy to walk the entire boardwalk. Would definitely recommend!"

"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."

"Upon arriving at Seabrook Inn, the first thing you notice isn’t a warm welcome, but the strong smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the air, seeping into the hallways and rooms. The promise of a cozy stay vanishes as soon as you open the door to find a stained carpet, dusty furniture, and bed sheets with questionable marks. The bathroom is another nightmare: mold in the corners, thin and rough towels, and a shower that seems to have a mind of its own, switching unpredictably between freezing cold and scalding hot. The overall lack of cleanliness makes guests rethink their stay before even unpacking. In the morning, any hope of a decent breakfast quickly fades. Stale bread, lukewarm coffee, and artificial juice are all that’s on offer. If you expect variety, you’ll be disappointed to find only a tray of dried-out cheese and dubious-looking ham. To top it all off, the noise insulation is practically nonexistent. Hallway chatter, slamming doors, and loud guests make getting a good night’s sleep impossible. At Seabrook Inn, the only thing guaranteed is the urge to leave as soon as possible."
