Property was good, property manager needs a lesson in professionalism, respect and courtesy. Property advertised to have theatre room, which the surround sound nor DVD player worked. Contacted the PM and after 24 hours he replies back that he is out of town but will send me instructions. Never got the instructions. Contacted the PM and requested a 10% discount due to this advertised feature not working. He offers a 5% refund and sends the following message..and I quote. “You do realize that even the $30 refund is a courtesy right? So, say thank you and let’s move on.” Wow! Courtesy? Try good business, try making the customer happy. It’s been over two weeks and I still don’t have my “courtesy” refund. I have been using VRBO for years and never had such poor rapport with a property manager. Will I stay here again NO! So do yourself a favor, move on and find another property.
