"This property is amazing! Very clean, well decorated, cozy and new. We were amazed at the attention to details. Everything was well thought out, down to chip clips in the kitchen drawer. We have stayed at many VRBO's, this one was the best. The pots, pans, plates silverware and everything else in the kitchen was of good quality and everything was included. We really felt like we were home, not in a rental. Well done! "

"Two friends and I enjoyed our stay in early March. Even in late winter the house has a cozy vibe, and there was plenty of space for the three of us. The rugs and towels were well-maintained. We didn't take advantage of the fireplace or firepit, but there were ample supplies in case we wanted to. Very clear directions and procedures for arrival/checking out, and the owner was quick to answer my questions. If we come back to Cape Cod we'd definitely come back to this house."

"We had such a lovely time staying at this house. It was absolutely immaculate inside and appointed with everything we could need and more. The house is light and airy inside, which helped when we had a few days of rain. The location is secluded in the woods (be careful, we did find ticks on us) but a short drive away from the beaches. We will definitely be back "

"We had a wonderful time. The home is clean, comfortable, well furnished, and extremely well stocked. Plenty of dish detergent, paper towels, soap, etc. and they even provided travel size containers of shampoo and conditioner. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again."

"This home was perfect! The bunk room is on the same floor at the other beds, so good if you have small kiddos like we do. The screened in porch, the access to the water. The covered area under the porch… and an outdoor shower!! Here’s hoping we can come back in the summer!!!! 4 adults and 5 little under 7, and that laundry room perfect for the wet towels and bathing suits from the jacuzzi!! 11/10! Thank you hosts! "Nice location beautiful views of lake"

"This house was just what we were looking for! It is very clean and comfortable, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a clean and well-stocked kitchen (with supplies) and family room. The deck was a great place to sit outside for breakfast. We were a short drive from the beach, fishing, tennis courts, bike trails, shops, the MV ferry, and great restaurants. Communication via VRBO with the property owner was easy and efficient. Great vacation all around! "

"This was a great house. Just 6 houses from the beach. Quiet and very well kept neighborhood. The hostess was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely stay there again!"

"What a wonderful experience!! The house was just as described. We’re were 8 adults and 2 infants. Everyone had plenty of space both to be together and apart. The location is perfect to all kinds of fun activities- biking, beautiful beaches, shopping, and many lobster rolls! We indulged in all of it. The house offered us plenty of distractions including a lovely pool, pool table, A huge chess set, and kayaks launched right from the property. We availed ourselves of all of it. We also played...
