"If we could give this place 10 stars we would! Check in was so easy and the rental was cozy, spacious and clean. The host was so friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. We had so much going on with our daughters college graduation and it was so nice to have such a great place to relax that didn’t break the bank! This will be our go to place to stay every time we come back to the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"My family and I enjoyed our Thanksgiving at this little adorable home. It was cozy and comfortable. Enjoyed the fireplace. Enjoyed the backyard and cornhole. Was in a great location"

"Terry has a great property ! Everything you see online is accurate. We stayed here 3 nights to attend an Ole Miss game in Oxford. Would book again in the future. Also, just wanted to say all beds were comfortable. Thanks Terry"

"Me and 3 of my friends needed an inexpensive place to stay with 4 beds as we traveled. This property was exactly that. We were all comfortable and were able to rest. We arrived after dark and after a little confusion we were able to get in. The property was beautiful when we saw it in daylight and we all wished we could have had time to enjoy some peaceful time outside. "

Worst recepction

"After a 10-day vacation trip from Miami, during which I stayed in 7 hotels, I arrived in Tupelo, which was supposed to be the last stop of my adventure. I can say for sure that it was the worst reception I've ever had. The receptionist, "Felice," was cold and impatient. I had questions about the laundry and the Wi-Fi, and when I asked Felice, she seemed unwilling to help. Her expression was the worst possible. I can't understand how someone like her, who lacks basic customer service skills, works at a hotel in contact with guests. It's truly regrettable."
