"Nice property and comfortable room. The room faced the highway, road noise a bit loud, would request to be away from this side in a subsequent visit. Front desk team polite and hospitable but a ball-drop on checkin double charged my card. Manager Max did a great job of correcting the issue, his response was perfect…thanks! "

"Pierre was awesome prior to and during check-in. Our room was clean and exactly what we needed with a beautiful view of the city and the river. Parking was easy to access and get in and out of. This was the perfect location for our college visit to Pitt. Should she choose to attend or if we return to Pittsburgh for any reason, we will stay here again. "
