"Super stylish and clean home with a great hot tub. Communication with the hosts was easy and clear, and they offered lots of local recs which were appreciated. I definitely recommend staying here with one small caveat: the property is on a small lot without much tree cover, so it felt less private when neighbors were out and about. "Tidy, cozy cottage. Hot tub a big plus, as is the firepit and shaded outdoor picnic table for outdoor meals. Even a cold mid-Spring stay was made lovely by the flowering trees. Near a road with infrequent but fast-moving cars, however cottage is set back from the road and is quiet. Proximity to Livingston Manor is great for good food and more."

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the property. Kathy was communicative and helpful every step along the way. She went above and beyond to help us secure a babysitter while we attended a local wedding given we were traveling out of town. The kids enjoyed searching for frogs around the pond, and us parents loved reading on the back deck while the kids napped. Thank you Kathy!"

"Nice cabin, comfortable bed. The only issue we had is the bad lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which bothered my husband who has asthma. It wasnt from the woodstove (I was a former smoker so I know) The smell was not bad in the bedroom. Since we were out and about and only in the house to sleep, it was still a good experience."

"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."
