"We had a wonderful weekend staying at this beautiful property. The location was stunning and wonderfully quiet, and the house itself was perfect. Lovely and cosy, but also offering a games room which was a big hit with the little ones! Would definitely recommend, great communication with owners who were very helpful and fantastic value for money - we hope to return this year! "

"The house is absolutely lovely, and very well stocked. For a family group of 6 from the US, ranging in age from 6 to 80, we had everything we need to cook for a few nights. Great spices, olive oil, vinegar -- even coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine. The stay was delightful, and Nethy Bridge is a darling town!!"

"Very impressive house. So much space, very comfortable, loved the different seating areas and we enjoyed our brunches at the big kitchen table. There were 9 of us celebrating an 80th birthday and the house was perfect for us. Very good value for money also!"

The house is in a lovely small village with a convenience store and a lovely cafe. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this welcoming house."

"A fabulous property with everything we needed and so much more. Quirky, clean, peaceful and fun. Hot tub enjoyed by the humans and the dog enjoyed the huge enclosed garden. Would highly recommend and would live to go back to the property again. Weather was an added bonus."

"I was really impressed with the quality of the accommodation. It was very modern and stylish and spotlessly clean. The little kitchenette area was very useful and there were glasses and crockery etc. I loved it and would definitely stay here again. Great location right in the middle of Aviemore too."

"The peace & quiet here was amazing! Other guests were respectful & the only noise in the morning was the ducks looking for food. Our lodge was dated but comfortable. There were a few minor issues but nothing that affected our stay. So in summary the accommodation is not luxurious but the location & setting are wonderful if it’s a quiet break you are looking for. "

"I cannot praise the property, owners and location enough. From start to finish this was an effortless customer experience. We were advised that we could check in early as there was no one staying at the proper in the days before our stay. Upon arrival we were taken aback by the location, size and cleanliness of the property. It has absolutely everything that we needed keeping in mind we had 2 children under 7 months old. "First time in this lodge apartment but many visits to Aviemore. Clean and first rate inside. Had a full size Christmas tree setup which just added to festive feel. Easy access to town and Rothimercus. "

Even though it’s looking a bit tired in places, it makes up for any shortcomings with bags of character and first class, friendly and professional staff.
