"Overall room & property is really nice but the check in is horrible. We had to check in different location then drive to where our room. We got lost on the way because the staff gave us incorrect info. Also no hair dryer in the room not very convenient. Overall I’m still happy but the check in needs improvement. "

"Everything from start to finish was incredible! Amy's communication was superb. Once we arrived, the house was exactly as it looked in the listing, BUT BETTER! "This was the second time we have stayed at this property. The size of the home is perfect for our whole family. Location is wonderful for all the skiers. We had an issue with the dishwasher, which we had a quick response to, but were unable to use the dishwasher during the stay. We had a large group of people and prepared and ate all meals at the house. The lack of a dishwasher was an inconvenience. Overall, that was a minor thing. The house was great."
