The little apartment (and it is little, but very cleverly payed out to maximize space) was right in the middle of town so once we parked we could walk to everything. "Property was good. Location was good. Host Alfonza was absolutely outstanding! We inadvertently left some important medications there and with a long holiday weekend coming up it would be days for even an overnight delivery. What Alfonza do? He personally arranged for a courier to hand deliver the meds to our front door! Wow... PS: He also has the Tuscany Bistro Italian restaurant at Pawleys Island there. Didn't know then to visit it, but we certainly will next time."

"We were traveling right after Tropical Storm Debby. Our originally rented VRBO had water damage from the storm and had to cancel at the last minute. Totsie was quick to answer questions as we were working to ensure this unit was still in good shape and helped us get it reserved and ready in time for our trip. The location is great and the unit is clean and charming. Walking distance to Front Street is a plus. "

"12 of us stayed here for a wedding at the Kaminski house in Georgetown, we chose this home because it was close to the venue. House was neat and clean, bathrooms were nice, beds were comfortable, pullout sofa upstairs was comfortable as well. Kitchen was nicely appointed, it was only missing a wine opener, which luckily someone had one. Check-in was easy.
