This home is set in a gated community with. beach access trail - you're just a ten-minute walk from the waves. For those who'd prefer to drive, private guest parking is also available. Of course, ocean view hiking is just steps away.

This pristine retreat boasts a sparkling, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and an adjacent dining area with a large table for eight. The outdoor grill island is perfect for cooking up something delicious at the end of the day. Each bedroom was designed to offer a place to truly unwind, with updated bathrooms and plenty of space to stretch out. Enjoy the sunlit main living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a TV for streaming your favorite channels, ready for movie nights! Outside, enjoy sunshine, fresh air, and views from the two balconies as well as the lower-level patio with a picnic table for outdoor dining. The private hot tub is the best place to relax after a long day of exploring the beach.

Neskowin is a small charming coastal town with a friendly feel and easy public beach access only a mile away. Guests can hike to Cascade Head for some unforgettable views. After your beach walk, grab a meal at one of the local restaurants. The Neskowin golf course has been a generational favorite since the 1930s. You'll enjoy beach access throughout your stay in this charming town, after which you can enjoy hiking up Cascade Head or just enjoying the beach town vibes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
