This home is perfectly located for beach-goers, whether you choose to stroll down the sand to admire Proposal Rock or catch a glimpse of the hidden ancient forest that magically reveals itself at low tide. The center of Neskowin is less than a quarter-mile away, where you'll find a few dining options and a small store. You'll also be just over a block from the Neskowin Beach Golf Course, where you can fit in a scenic round of golf.

Excellent Place on the Beach

This was an excellent house to stay at! It was right on the beach with beautiful views and very tastefully updated and newer. We stayed here with our family and everyone enjoyed it. The beach access was very close, but there were large boulders as steps. So if you have difficulty walking or going up and downstairs, it may be difficult. The hot tub was excellent! The kids loved it. One of the only complaints we had was with the kitchen. We tend to cook our meals while on vacation to save costs. At times, it was difficult to find what we needed within the kitchen, but overall it had the basics. The beds were great, and again the views were absolutely phenomenal. We definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect spot. It looked almost too good to be true from the photos, but it was everything we hoped it would be. So close to the ocean! Fire pit and hot tub was lovely and overall the place was clean.

Girls Weekend

Stayed here for a weekend away with the girls. There were 8 of us total, so having queen and king sized beds in all of the rooms was a HUGE bonus! No one had to sleep on bunk beds!We had a great time, the house was well stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, seasonings, and even foil for us to make dinner and breakfast while we were there. It was clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Excellent beachfront property

In nearly every respect the stay was excellent. The house has easy access to the beach, a fabulous deck, and huge windows that made even the stormy days fun and interesting. We were able to fit three family units into the rooms comfortably, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes to make food prep and serving easy. The massive couch and gigantic tables were great for relaxing and games. Our only negative issue was that the hot tub was not working when we arrived. We called the help line, and were told someone would call us the next day and come out to fix it. No one ever called or came out. Fortunately, our resident electrician found the necessary connections and got it working by the second day. I was disappointed to miss the first night of hot-tubbing, and the failure to be contacted. A hot-tub is particularly important when it is cold and rainy at the coast, and we used it a lot once we got it working again. Other than that...fabulous place!

Perfect get away

This is a beautiful property on the beach in a quiet little town. The town has one eatery and a market, a golf course, and then all residential. Beautiful flowers, all homes well kept, people out walking. The house has a unique design, but the open dining/kitchen/living areas was perfect for our family reunion. The VRBO/Vacasa staff were on top of everything and made check in and out quick and simple. We are already planning on coming back to this place!

Family coast trip

This house has an amazing location and views over the beach and ocean. Kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and living room are spacious and cozy. Easy path access to the beach is very close in either direction of the house. If you donā€™t mind rock walking, access is right out the back door. High tide is pretty cool as it comes right up to the rocks behind the house. We were surprised by the cleanliness of the beach right there at Neskowin. Once on the beach, Proposal Rock is a very quick walk away. Great place to stay in this quiet townā€¦ā€¦(in June) A few basic amenities missing (ex. Facial tissues, coffee) but that is nit picking. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you

Spectacular ocean front!

This house was exactly what we had hoped for! Check in/out was a breeze and plenty of communication. We brought my 89 yo dad to a place that he spent every summer with my mom throughout their marriage. He was able to sit in a comfortable living room or on the deck admiring the ocean for our stay. The views are amazing (and we had blue skies the entire stay!)-and the house is well appointed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels etc. hard pressed to give any feedback other than lack of BBQ (would guess they rust due to ocean air?) and the jets barely worked on hot tub. We will be back-wholly recommend this home.

Great Stay- couple notesā€¦

Thank you for sharing your home with us for the duration of our 10 day stay in Neskowin. I wanted to let you know about a few things that need to be addressed before your next renter: The primary bedroom shower head was malfunctioning from day one, with water spraying out the connection point, which offered very little pressure on the main head. We finally tried tightening the shower head to fix and it snapped off, that will need to be replaced; We had multiple issues with both the oven and the dishwasher. The oven would not create heat properly, often turning off once it reached 250 degrees, very finicky. We could get it to work after multiple attempts to turn on and off. The dishwasher similarly would not always close, it looks like it is missing a part from the top rack that manually had to be pushed close before the door could shut, and we noticed that on occasion the dishwashing "cycles" wouldn't even run, when in doubt we would hand wash our dishes. We also had to reset the garbage disposal, might be worth taking a look at. A couple suggestions to make our stay even better: We were here for 10 days and had to restock mid-way on garbage bags, paper towels, and laundry pods. We were also surprised at the lack of outdoor seating for your beautiful deck, there were two rusted folding chairs that we used. The wall vacuum did it work, and we couldnā€™t find a dust pan, when we swept up each night. Overall it was a wonderful stay in Neskowin, thanks for sharing your home.

Stunning View and Gorgeous Home

We loved this home. It is located right on the beach. Lots of windows, gorgeous high ceilings and tasteful modern decor. Two bedrooms have private en suites and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. We got our nerve up and got into the perfectly heated hot tub during a hail storm. It was heaven!!! Two small drawbacks. The beach access is a block and a half away and the hot water was just warm after a child took a bath an hour prior. All things that are important to me but may not be for others. Oh, the house was fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly want or need. Overall it was a wonderful stay. 4.9 out of 5 stars!!!ā™„ļø
