"Beautiful spot. Rustic of course. The road in is quite difficult. You need both the 4wd (which I had) and some offroading skills (which maybe I had less of). But Dave got us through it; picked us up inhis ATV and got our car out. If you do decide to try it yourself you need to commit to it. I got stuck because I was timid. Ideally get there before dark."

"My hiking club and I came up for denali park and the northern lights, and this cabin was a great home base. Plenty warm. Cute open inside and cute front/back yard where we could see the sunrise and frolick in the snow. Super close to the airport and town too! "

"My stay at this property was wonderful, everything was clean and tidy, and very close to the various winter activities i had planned. I was quite lucky to see the northern lights on the first night. "Never been to Alaska, never been anywhere with minus degree weather--This place was warm and inviting after driving in the icy snow from the airport nearby. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was the most stocked I have ever stayed in---plenty of snacks, a bottle of wine and more---some of the pans in the kitchen were scratched up but mostly it was amazing. Lots of stuff on the TV but I could not find ESPN! Anyways, Tera helped us greatly and was most appreciated."
