This woodsy cabin is about 40 minutes drive to Wisconsin Dells and 20 minutes to Wisconsin Rapids.
Close to Sand Valley, Lake Arrowhead Golf Course and a Town of Rome.
There are various public ATV/ Snowmobile trails close to the cabin.
There are several boat launches nearby for those looking to spend time on the water.
Public boat launch in the County Park is 5 minutes away.

THINGS TO KNOW:
Cabin accommodates up to 8 guests. Please note - all people in your party, regardless of age, must be included in the booking numbers.

RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID
Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver signed via Docusign is required to finalize the reservation. Rental agreement needs to be signed and returned within 72hrs upon receipt.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
All guests must be at least 25 yrs old to rent and occupy the property (no exceptions) unless they are underage kids accompanied by parents or legal guardians during the entire stay.
Misrepresentation will result in loss of access to the property without refund for the reservation.

OCCUPANCY
Only those persons identified on the booking reservation form are authorized to use the property. Any changes to the persons booked to occupy the house must be notified for insurance reasons before check in.
An overnight stay of additional persons will result in the loss of the full security deposit.

ACCESS CODE
Access code will be given 24 hrs prior to check in time.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Rental period begins at 4pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10am on the day of departure. During high season (June through to September) we can not offer early check in or late check out.

PETS
1 dog up to 50 pounds allowed with host prior approval and pet fee of $150 per stay paid.
When traveling with pet, please include your pet in the reservation.
Any evidence of unauthorized pet will result in the loss of full $500 security deposit.

CITY ORDINANCE
No Firearms or Fireworks of any kind are allowed on the property.
It is the Renter's responsibility to adhere to the local laws and ordinances upon the jurisdiction where the home resides. Any violation that causes the police to be dispatched or code enforcement to file a complaint will automatically forfeit the security deposit.

FIREWORKS, CANDLES, FLAMMABLE MATERIALS are strictly prohibited on the Premises.
Guests shall not keep or use 0n the Promises any items of dangerous, flammable or explosive character that might unreasonably increase the danger of fire or explosion on the Premises.

Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras facing the driveway and the fire pit. They do not look into any interior spaces
