"This is a great place to stay if you want a relaxing and peaceful place to watch the freighters going by. It’s convenient to town and the soo locks as well. Dolores is a wonderful host and personally takes the time to welcome guests and show them around the house. I apologize for missing the instructions to let her know our arrival time, that was my mistake. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. I would not hesitate to return!"

"We had an awesome stay! Watching the ships and boating the area was amazing! The place is newer construction so it is very nice! We were in contact with the host Jen while there, and they were quick to respond back with answers to any questions we had. "Clean, clean, clean! Most considerate host with which I have ever communicated. Beds, linens, towels are wonderful. Enough household supplies provided for entire stay, I had never encountered that before in a weekly rental. Ample parking for boat trailers and convenient electricity for boat. "We wanted a place that was close to family where we could just relax. This exceeded all expectations! Everything had an extra special touch. The view is extraordinary - we even had Northern Lights on the first night! Beautiful deck and great for watching freighters and wildlife. The furnishings are lovely and everything feels new, yet retains that cabin feel. We had family stay with us one night with small kids and it was great for them too! We loved it and will be back. "

"This place was incredible! We typically stay on the west side of the UP, but decided this year to try the east and we were not disappointed. The pictures shown do it no justice, as it is so much better in real life.
