"We stayed in the cottage for 4 nights while in town for a family event with our daughter’s family. Great little place. It does have two bedrooms but only sleeping for 3 adults as the second bedroom has only a daybed. Main bedroom does have a queen size bed. Apartment has a large kitchen but not many utensils. It would be nice if more spoons,forks and cooking utensils were provided to be able to cook eggs etc. Also all pillows were as flat as pancakes. Maybe some new ones would be nice. Also...

"We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! "This was the perfect place for us and the kids to get away to! The house and surrounding property were absolutely beautiful. Tons of space for the kids to run and play, a huge porch to relax on, and the beds were all so comfortable nobody had any issue sleeping. Will absolutely be back!"

"So relaxing and peaceful-just as advertised. I checked in late and Captain Ron was there to greet me and was so helpful and friendly. Keep in mind, this is an old boat on the water so don’t expect resort accommodations which was perfectly fine by me. My little dogs loved exploring the docks and woods nearby. I plan to return soon and try out Captain Ron’s other boat."

"All went well. I am concerned about the two missing windows located in the main bedroom. This is a serious safety concern. Also the sliding door leading out to back needs to be repaired or replaced. This is also a major safety hazard. In addition the attempted wood barrier out this same door is inadequate as relates to child safety. This three issues can be easily resolved with and with minimal expense. Just recently hung up my shingle after more than 20 years as a Realtor. "

"Good proximity to downtown and parking was readily available. House was well supplied. We had one issue with the upstairs AC upon arrival but the hosts were responsive and got maintenance out the very next day. Hosts were accommodating. Very pleasant stay for our business/ pleasure trip. Our 6yo loved the “circle stairs”."
