"Not so easy finding a house that can comfortably accommodate 37 people with ages ranging from 8 months to 68 years but this one sure did. Very spacious with so many bedrooms and beds. Obviously the pool and hot tub were the high points but there were plenty of other things to do. Christie the manager was always on the ball to answer any questions that popped up. "This loft was *actually* as clean and stylish as it looks in the listing photos. (Which is rare, in my experience!). The location is near the edge of the high-rise portion of downtown, making it perfect for walking in both directions (to restaurants and shopping, all within 5 min one direction, and to Bells, Outre, and other breweries, in the other direction). "I truly enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very kind and professional. My room was very clean and quiet! The restaurant and bar was very nice! We had the pleasure of having Lola take care of us and she went above and beyond to tell us about Western Michigan University. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will be back!!"
