"Just perfect - just as the listing states. The yard was great for our dog and we spent hours on the couch with the cosy fire! Really quiet - neighbors near by but i only saw one person while on a walk and he was very friendly! 100% would come back in summer to enjoy the great beach, pool etc! "

"We loved the set up of the house. There were 12 people staying over with 4 more coming just for the day. There was room for everyone to sleep comfortably. We had plenty of space for several activities to be going on at the same time. We especially loved the looooong dining room table! It was great for not only meals together but also for playing games. 2 suggestions- lights on the deck stairs for nighttime. Since we were there in November, it was dark early & hard to negotiate the stairs....

"We stayed at this property to attend a nearby festival and was perfect for our needs. The accommodations were clean and the check in process easy. Two of the beds were comfortable but the third was in need of a new mattress. The deck was also in need of some attention as there were some loose boards causing a couple of us to trip while crossing it. We did not use the kitchen appliances or the cookware available at the house. The water was hot and clean and the bathroom fixtures all functioning...

"We had the complete pleasure of staying on this gorgeous property. We rented this house for the Columbus Day weekend with my children and grandchildren. We had 8 adults and 6 children. "The house was beautiful, in great condition, and in a good location. We had a party of sixteen >60 yo guys stay for a long weekend. Everyone had a fun time. We watched sports on the various TVs, played pool and shuffleboard, used the jacuzzi, fireplace and fire pit, and visited the nearby brewery. A special shout out to the property manager who was very responsive to our questions and requests. Thanks John!"

"Andrew aimed to please. He was very prompt in addressing any issues. We had plenty of room for our large family. The kids (and some of the adults :) enjoyed the game room. Kids loved watching the deer and even had them eating out of their hand. We enjoyed our trip to Philadelphia, Bushkill Falls, and other local attractions...and was always glad to pull in and enjoy being in our home away from home!"

"Overall we had a great stay. Everyone had their own rooms and we had plenty of room to do what we wanted. Linda was a great host. The only complaint and what we felt was a violation of privacy was the camera they had over the hot tub that went off everytime you were in or around it. The description they gave said it was up high over looking the driveway which would have made sense but to be looking at people while they are in the hot tub or possibly doing something else is highly inappropriate."
