Enjoy the sanctuary of the early morning sunrise across the turquoise waters and sugar-white sands of the beaches of Navarre Beach. Gulf View complex within walking distance to the beach with wooden walkway. Covered parking under unit. Pelican Point features 1400 square foot, 2- bedrooms with King and Queen beds, 2 1/2 baths , fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar with 2-bar stools and dining table with 4-chairs, washer and dryer, Master King Suite has views of Gulf of Mexico with walk out balcony and flat screen tv. 2nd Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and adjoining full bath with tub/ shower combo and flat screen tv. Living room has comfortable seating, sofa sleeper with large flat screen TV, DVD player. Decor features classic theatrical movie photos complete with comfortable furnishings to make you feel at home. Wonderful front porch complete with lounge chairs to enjoy the views of the ocean.

Quiet beach steps away to make this a relaxing location, just minutes from restaurants, shops and attractions. Welcome to Pelican Point! Golf cart rental available.

Dogs allowed - up to 2 dogs, under 50 lbs each with a $200 per dog fee.

Nice Beach place
The condo is nice . Navarre is a nice getaway. There are no good dog beaches though. The National Seashore is divine. It is pleasant that you can see the bay and the ocean from this house. Condo is a little dated but art is interesting.

Awesome spot
Property was great. We normally stay on the gulf side, but chose this property across the road. It was extremely close to a public access spot, so it was not a long walk to get those toes in the sand.

Great location
comfortable apartment for 4 adults, well equiped kitchen. beach access right across the street which is not the case for many properties on Navarre Beach. 2 bed/bath combos on top floor. Spacious living area below & parking for 2 vehicles on ground level. Very responsive property management. Apartment interior could use some attention - reason for 4 instead 5 overall rating.

Perfect location!

Great Location! Wonderful Stay!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here! Very clean and has everything you need for the beach! There were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, and more! Right across the street from public beach access and short drive to restaurants and shopping!

Property was beautiful. Exactly as described in listing. Has everything that you would need for a wonderful beach vacation. All you need to bring is yourself, change of clothes, and some food.

Quick Walk to Beach, Great Stay!
The condo was a quick (3-5 min) walk from rental to boardwalk to shore. It was stocked with beach towels and chairs, so we were good to go. A previous review stated that none of the umbrellas worked so we brought our own—don’t know if this is still the case and didn’t check their umbrella supply. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked for family needs. We enjoyed the back deck, we’re we had a partial view of bay, and we appreciated the shade cover located on that deck. We would definitely stay here again—can’t beat having a clean rental, proximity to beach, beach supplies, a comfortable bed, and well stocked kitchen! Thank you for offering a great rental.

house was great, included toys and beach items were very nice to have. Only complaint is the Wi-Fi. It was next to unusable. but it encouraged us to spend more time outside.

Perfect Location
Very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful week over the Christmas holiday! The location was perfect, easy walk to the beach even in the freezing temps! Management quickly addressed everything! The internet was spotty but we managed. Recommend!

A much needed break!
Great location, comfortable and clean, we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the beauty of Navarre Beach. The property only needed some minor repair to be perfect, and the few issues were minor and didn't detract from our stay. I would definitely recommend Pelican Point to others and hope to return myself in the future. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this home!

We had a blast!
The location was great! The condo was clean for the most part, some mold in the upstairs bathroom and the fridge smelled like rotten fish. Overall, I was happy with our stay. There are some beach chairs, umbrellas and other stuff to use but make sure it’s not broken before you carry it to the beach with you.

Great location.
The property did everything we needed it to do. We didn’t stay at the house very much but it had plenty of room for the 6 of us. All of the beds could definitely use an update but we managed. All around it’s well worth it and it is very close to the beach. Easily walkable.

Had to leave and find a hotel
Whew where to start. Creepy pictures of girls faces being murdered from various films, kids were super creeped out. Decor was very strange. EVERYTHING was dirty or sticky. Smelled weird with febreeze cover up. Carpet was so bad had to leave shoes on. Pillows used to be white but were nasty brown color. Doors would hardly open or close. Had to leave and find a hotel after only being there for an hour. Property manager got mad and said I was wrong about it being dirty and it was the cleanest place around. By far the dirties place we've stayed. Beautiful location was the only good part. Would never recommend.

Navarre Retreat
Property was clean and located directly across from the beach access with access to the sound directly behind property. Great views of the ocean in front and sound out back, location is quiet and away from busy hotels but close enough to bike to pier. Rental includes everything you’ll need for the beach and week stay. Rental could use some cosmetic freshening as far as paint and repairs to wallpaper, some deck rails, back patio had an old fish pond that was just full of water and moss, misquote trap for sure. Nice stay overall, would stay again.
