Welcome to Lil Breezy! This is a brand new, custom built modern home with a private saltwater pool, located in a family friendly neighborhood, and just minutes from the crystal clear, emerald waters and white sands of Navarre Beach. This home away from home has something for everyone in the family and is perfect for your next trip to the area.

Inside is a spacious layout with an open concept living room, dining area, and brand new gourmet kitchen. The brand new kitchen comes equipped with all stainless steel appliances, luxury granite countertops, and high-end cookware. No expense was spared on the 3 bedrooms that come furnished with high-end Stearns & Foster, Sealy mattresses. Just off the living room is an open and bright covered patio overlooking the sparkling saltwater pool which is perfect for morning coffee, lunch, or afternoon cocktails. There is an outdoor TV so you won't miss the game while hanging at the pool. This home is great for families as it comes equipped with child safety features such as a pool alarm and safety gate separating the back door from the pool!

Bring your pup along. This home can accommodate 1 dog up to 100lbs for an additional non refundable pet fee of $50. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. Any dog on the premises must be disclosed to management prior to your stay.

The home is located just a short 3 miles from the famous Navarre pier, the longest pier in Florida! Parking is plentiful and FREE at Navarre Beach Marine Park - steps from the beautiful white sand.

Great Stay

Absolutely 5 stars. Great property Great pool Great neighborhood. Five minutes from beach close to everything else. Just a good VRBO. Fenced yard is safe for your pets. Can’t say enough about this property.

Amazing stay
The HEATED POOL and outdoor area of this house were absolutely amazing. Extremely close to Navarre Beach and shopping. Best place we've ever stayed at so far. The pool is worth the extra, I PROMISE.

Great stay at Lil Breezy
House was great and was just as good as described/pictured. Pool was amazing. Lots of one needles this time of year, but they were easy to clean up. Location was convenient to everything but neighborhood was nice and quiet. Overall great and also dog friendly although you would not know it by looking at the house. Our dogs loved it as much as we did. Overall a great stay. Would definitely come back again. Navarre beach area is great also and the beaches are beautiful

Wonderful home - great location
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful newer home. Very close (short) drive to public beaches staffed with lifeguards. Also were able to relax in the pool after our days at the beach. Communication was excellent and would definitely recommend this home to those seeking a private pool and an open floorplan home.

Amazing house!
We loved our stay here at Lil Breezy. This house was awesome. Very clean and well kept. Very close to the beach and good local spots to eat. Pool was great to use with our son after being at the beach for the first part of the day. We vacation in Navarre every summer and we will definitely be back to this place

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The house is new. Everything was clean. Check in was simple and without complications. There was plenty of beach toys, pool toys and beach chairs in the garage. The wagon was a life saver when we packed our beach stuff! There was also a small cooler available for use. If you don’t feel like getting in the pool there is a small propane fire pit to enjoy as well. The location is close to several groceries stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Great Property, Great Location
The location is great. It’s a short drive across the bridge to the beach. The nearby beaches were clean and not crowded. The convenience of having a Publix two blocks away cannot be overstated. The property itself was really clean and spacious. The pool was clean and even larger in person than it looked in pictures. The kitchen was well-equipped and having a gas grill outside made for some easy meals. Communication with the owner was easy and he was really responsive to all of our questions. This was one of those listings that actually exceeded expectations.

Awesome Beach Retreat
Property is great. Exceptionally clean. Close to Navarre Beach and shopping and eateries. Pool was wonderful. Kitchen is very well equipped. The beach chairs and cart was so helpful and added to our beach visits. Navarre Beach is a beautiful white sandy beach with very good public facilities. Hopefully we will be back! Property management very responsive when door knob fell off!

Very nice house with a great pool!
The house was very nice and clean. The pool was great to relax in during the afternoons! Very short drive to the beach. The house comes with a few free activities, golf, boat rides,etc, which was a good extra, however please be sure to book the events through the property's 3rd party and not directly with the locations in order to recieve the discounts. Overall, we had a great week and would stay there again.

Great Property
We had a great time staying at Lil' Breezy. The property was very clean and minutes from Navarre Beach. Communication with the property manager was very good as well, very quick responses. We had only one issue while at the property. When we tried to use the grill the propane tank was empty. Not a huge deal, but would be good to check before someone rents the house. We filled it while we were there 🙂

Best Stay Ever
What a gorgeous and immaculate home! Our stay was absolutely perfect and so much of it was because of where we stayed. Everything was exactly as listed and then some! Any questions we had were answered right away. It felt as if we walked into a place that had never been stayed in before, that’s how immaculate it was! We can’t say enough great things about our stay and this property! We loved this house and would stay here again, hands down!

The home was great, very spacious. Disappointed that the pool wasn’t full enough for the water to circulate. This caused the pool to be cold until the last night of our stay. The pool was a big part of our reason in choosing this home. It is beautiful.

Great family location
The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Check in was easy. We arrived much later than planned. Already had the key pad code before arrival so no problem there. There is a Publix that we could walk to this was actually one of the best Publix I have been to. I was concerned about driving to the beach. I always stay on the ocean but the beautiful pool easily made up for that. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed the pool. It is much larger that I had expected. The neighborhood was quiet we never felt unsafe. I would recommend staying here.

Overall Great House
I enjoyed this house. It was as advertised, It was new and clean property. It was well appointed with all the things we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. There was a Publix, Walgreens and bank 2 blocks away. The downside to my stay was the lawnmowers showed up at 7 am my first day and cut the grass, despite the clear rules of the property about being quiet between the hours of 9pm and 8am. They blew a bunch of dirt and grass clippings in the pool and the pool was dirty the rest of our stay despite my attempt to clean it. If I didn’t know better I would think they did it on purpose because there was so much debris. The electronic lock you use to get in and out of the house quit working, luckily it quit on our way out and not in and we didn’t get locked out. We had to leave the back door unlocked to get in and out of the property. The management of the property should have better communication with its vendors and maintenance staff. Overall I loved the property and would stay again.
