"Beautiful venue, spacious room, amazing location, great communications and instructions beforehand. Really comfortable bed. However it was freezing cold!! Even with the radiators on full blast they stayed luke warm and the room and bathroom never warmed up. Water pressure in bath/shower also quite low. I would stay again if these areas were looked at."

"Property an old care home being converted so areas a bit messy but understand the need to keep it going to fund the renovation. Seperate bathroom we are not used to but was fine. Rooms and bathrooms very clean but in need of updating. Very welcoming host, couldn't really expect more. Help yourself breakfast gave it a homely feel. "

I came out of my room a couple of times just as men were coming out the gents which was a bit off putting. The room was clean and comfortable if a tiny bit dated. "Good welcome, room was lovely and warm and bedding clean and plenty of pillows and spotlessly clean towels. Nice touch of biscuits and chocolate. Great location and good price. Sadly there were signs of mould around the door and bathroom tiling could do with a more intense cleaning of the grout as orange/yellow build up, plus I shared the bathroom with two very large spiders that were well established as had webs in corners. Having said this, I would use the Wellington again as really convenient...
