Your light-filled condo also boasts large picture windows and a sleek full kitchen. The stylish living area features high ceilings and ample natural light. Curl up on the comfy sleeper sofa and cue up favorite shows on the 65-inch smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen is fitted with ample cookware and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Great Spot
Exactly what you expect however the pool was literally a cold plunge, not sure if that was on purpose. Zero flexibility with check in/check out times but convenient spot. Very clean and not a ton of requirements for check out which was helpful.

An Honest Review
This property was not worth the money we spent to stay here. While the location was decent, we had multiple issues during our stay. We arrived and there was no toilet paper available in the apartment, which must’ve been overlooked by the cleaning staff. After emailing, texting, and then calling after no response, the host was able to drop off some to us after a few hours. Additionally, there was a TERRIBLE smell that lingered the entire stay (4 days) from the rotting food in the garbage disposal the previous guests had left. When we urgently brought this up to the appropriate people, we were left having to deal with it ourselves. The host/person we spoke to did offer to bring us a humidifier to help but never followed through with bringing it to the residence. They did however acknowledge the place smelled rancid before we even checked in - and they still let us check in without dealing with the issue prior to our arrival or giving us a heads up. There were multiple other little things (mold in the laundry machine, dirty floors left with food from the previous guests, only scalding hot showers available) that all added up to not be a great experience here. Myself and my guests were thoroughly disappointed in the residence, especially after spending a great deal of money to stay here.

Nice location and cute property!!
The property was in a prime location, which was very close to downtown and only a few miles/minutes away from other areas in Nashville! The property was decorated nicely and was very spacious with lots of light from the windows! The Check-In process went very smoothly and I was in contact with the host and got a very quick response to my question… Great customer service! My only issue Was the upstairs guests/tenants were extremely loud! It made it very hard to relax during the day and even at night…it was loud after midnight! Overall, the stay was amazing minus that one area! I will give it a 9.5 out of 10 and highly recommend this location and property to others!!

Disgusting
Unfortunately, my husband booked this VRBO and I made the mistake of not reading the reviews beforehand. As soon as we opened the door to the condo an overwhelming smell of vomit came upon us. We proceeded inside anyway thinking it couldn't be vomit and maybe the prior guest had cooked something off putting. We searched for the source of the smell and realized inside the bedroom closet were puked on, wet and stained pillows. We contacted the host who offered to come clean but my husband and I ended up just doing it ourselves. We threw out the vomit pillows but the smell still was present. We discovered that the mattress had a HUGE vomit stain on it. Several actually. I was horrified. I went and read the previous reviews and saw that this vomit on the mattress had been here for months and they have yet to change out the mattress. Everything about this place was dirty. From the dishes to the bathroom. I would never recommend anyone staying here until the place is cleaned up and the mattress is changed. Also, fire whoever the maids are because they aren't doing their job.

Hidden Vomit Rug Ruined Experience
The condo and its amenities are suitable for a weekend stay. The bed is large and the kitchen supplies provide an option to dining out. Wish I could elaborate more on the positives, but it’s a place, and it’ll meet your basic needs. Nothing special. Although my experience of having to deal with an overwhelming foul smell permeating through the entire condo for the entirety of the stay ruined this place for me and my friends. After the first night we found the source of the smell to be a crumpled rug stuffed into the bedroom closet. We assumed it was soiled with old vomit, truthfully none of us wanted to unfold it and find out. Spent the majority of our time avoiding being in the place just so we didn’t have to continue smelling vomit. Sleeping was the hardest part. Makes me wonder if this is how they handled a soiled rug instead of properly taking care of it prior to our stay, what else wasn’t clean? Also not very happy with only receiving apologies from the property management group. I’ve been waiting to hear from the local operations manager regarding my request for a refund or partial refund.

Clean/Neat
We arrived late, easy to enter through the Touchpad entries. Our VRBO was very warm (78*) when we arrived. After several attempts to lower thermostat we phoned our contact number. We were quickly told how the Thermostat worked. We only had two bath towels, two wash cloths & a floor mat. There were beach towels too. The only negative was there were zero condiments (salt/pepper/spices.. toothpicks… NOTHING where past guest have left ) should you prepare food at the room. Nor was there any plastic cups to use down at the pool. We never had time to use pool, but the pool looked very clean. We Ubered to all places and the rate was usually around $6.00+Tip. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Good location - management needs improvement
It was just 1.2 miles away from Broadway, with a sketchy area of about 1/4 mile. Unit had one comforter/blanket making very hard to accommodate my 2 children that slept in a very uncomfortable pull coach in a living room with clear blinds that made the room very bright as soon as the sun came up. Microwave didn’t work, blender cup had a leak, toaster didn’t’ toast’, mold on shower curtain and mainly poor management (I understand owner want to avoid headaches when having tenants, but I prefer the faster turn around time when communicating with landlord). It is hard when staying through 2 weekends and you don’t get an answer until Monday because they don’t work on weekends. I chose this place to have a home feeling and appliances usage during a 8 day stay, but I would have saved money and having less headaches staying in a Home2Suites with queen beds and full kitchen. It might be just a management issue (done by Vacasa), but it was a very frustrating week.

Great spot!
Great property and good size for our group. There was no hand soap for the bathrooms, or bedding for the pull out couch. It would be helpful to know that for planning purposes. Very easy check in/out process. Uber rides were quick and our locations were easy to get to. Someone had parked in our reserved spot for the duration of the stay. We called to get the matter resolved, and we’re told to just leave a note on our car if we were in someone’s spot. That said, those aren’t enough complaints to warrant a bad review. Would definitely stay again.

Clean Property & Close to Downtown
1 mile from Broadway this condo was an ideal place to stay. It is a little loud as it faces the interstate so you can hear cars and also upstairs neighbor is extremely loud early in the morning. Pool was overcrowded and didn’t have many lounge chairs to use so we were never able to enjoy the pool. Mold was growing on shower curtain and under the overflow on the tub. May want to include instructions on how to work the AC thermostat since it was 60 degrees when we arrived and had to call to get instructions to change it.

Beautiful property, issue with door codes
The actual building & unit were very nice however we had some major issues trying to get in. The codes listed were all jumbled up. The code that was supposed to work on the main doors, elevator, & garage did absolutely nothing. There was a random code listed that would work most of the time but not all of the time. Also, it would have been nice for there to be a map of the garage & parking spaces. When driving in it was not clear what direction the numbers went. Overall it was a good stay but they need to be clearer about entry codes.
