*Special Rate* Vacation in the beautiful Tennessee countryside at a real working farm, located just outside of Nashville. Go fishing in the stocked pond. Use the row boat and/ or paddle boat available. Have Horses? Bring your horses to stay and ride on the property (signed liability waiver required). There are many trails on the 110 acres of the property. Take in the beautiful rolling hill views where cattle and llamas roam. This space is perfect for larger groups of 13, all within 25 miles of Nashville.

Description:
Are you looking for a little bit of country and a little bit of city? Morning Star Ranch will check all the boxes. Vacation in the beautiful Tennessee countryside at a real working farm, located just outside of Nashville. Go fishing in the stocked pond. Use the row boat and/ or paddle boat available. Have Horses? We welcome you to bring your horses to stay and ride on the property (signed liability waiver required). There are several trails on the 110 acres of the property. Take in the beautiful rolling hill views where cattle and llamas roam. Feel free to pick wild mushrooms and berries, while taking in the local wildlife of deer and turkeys. This space is perfect for larger groups (13 guests), within 25 miles of Nashville.

Enjoy the 15-ft heated swim spa or the large refreshing heated in-ground pool with slide. You will find great views from the home and can even see fireworks from downtown Nashville on the 4th of July from the wrap around deck. On chilly nights, stay beside the fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large 72 inch flat screen. The home has an traditional farm house decor with great attention to detail. The kitchen is a chefs dream and stocked with everything you need. Outside by the pool you will find a BBQ grill and several tables to enjoy a meal by the pool and a fire pit to keep you warm. There are also 2 great screened in porches to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon sweet tea.

Weddings and events are allowed for an additional fee depending on number of guests. Plenty of parking for cars and service trucks.

In the main house, there is a primary bedroom with a king bed, a TV and en-suite bathroom bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, a TV and a bathroom as well. The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds with pull out trundle (3 twins) and hall bath.

In the cabana, there is a king bed downstairs with 1 double bed and 1 twin upstairs. Coffee and mini fridge station with microwave in the cabana as well. The cabana has one and a half bathrooms.
The location of the home is approximately 25 miles from the Nashville honky-tonks, antiques and restaurants and sports arenas. Pleasant View shopping 5 minutes and Honey Suckle Farm is 10 minutes away.

You’ll love this beautiful rural area and location. Native wildlife and insects share this amazing world too. To keep out the wildlife, bugs and critters, please remember to close doors and windows that don’t have screens on them. Don’t leave food out or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The home and property is treated regularly, seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working.

Fun property
Great location, beautiful property, cattle on site. We did not see any llamas or alpacas but we still loved the rural location not too far from Nashville. Bring your own toiletries including paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap and spices/seasonings. The pool was great entertainment for the family.

Morning Star Ranch - a Great Country Destination
We enjoyed our stay at Morning Star Ranch immensely. The accommodations matched the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups and cooking utensils. We had many pool table tournaments and thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. The visit by the cows was a daily treat. A great time had by everyone.

Wonderful family vacation!
We had a wonderful stay at the Morning Star Ranch! We had 14 extended family members from ages 1 to 74 staying to celebrate a fiftieth wedding anniversary. We swam, watched cows, played wiffle ball in the yard, barbecued, and had an amazing time. Thank you so much to the host!

Bachelorette Party
My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette trip and we absolutely loved the property! We arrived late at night and finding the place in the dark was a little challenging. But once we saw it in the day it was much easier. The property is absolutely beautiful! The views are stunning! The pool and hot tub was so much fun. And we loved the cows that wander around the fields near the house. All my friends couldn’t stop raving about how perfect they felt the house was for our group and for our plans. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Lovely retreat!
Beautiful countryside and privacy for a getaway. Love seeing all the cows turkeys in a couple of deer. Would really enjoy going in the summertime to utilize the pool. All supplies at the house were appreciated! Owner is a super nice man.

Awesome for our family vacation!
Property is as listed. We spent all weekend in the pool and enormous spa. Plenty of room for our family of 13 to spread out and enjoy. The owner didn't respond to email or phone calls but we figured out what we needed. Overall it was great and we may return in the future.

Family Fun
Plenty of bedrooms so everyone could have their own space as needed… naps and such. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots etc. The pool was lovely, gated and well lite at night. Plenty of nice beach towel. Todd was responsive to our requests/questions. Kids enjoyed seeing cows and turkeys and feeding the 1 alpaca. No chickens but the kids did not care. I think the adults were more disappointed about not being able to collect eggs. Everything thing you need is a short drive away in Pleasantville and Nashville is a quick drive away.

Family vacation
The family absolutely loved the pool - that was the highlight of our family vacation to Tennessee. We had to contact the property manager upon arrival and he was easy to get a hold of and took care of our questions promptly. We had plenty of room for our extended family trip. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We definitely rent again if we ever come back to the area.

Friendcation 2023
This is our 4th year doing a friends vacation with a group of ten and this house was one of the best! It was extremely quiet location and the house had everything we needed. It was clean and the owners provided several extra items that other houses do not. The outdoor pool and hot tub was the highlight of the trip. Would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Nashville area.

The outside facilities (pool, fire table, animals) were awesome! Couldnt have been happier. The inside of the house needs a deep clean. The baseboards and windowsills were noticably dirty and the bakers rack above the stove was so dirty that we cleaned it.

The property was great! We all enjoyed the pool and the spa and it was a quick 30 min drive to Nashville. We are already talking about making it a yearly trip (except next time we may not even bother with Nashville) Can't wait to come back!

This was a great family place. Pool was used day and night. Had everything we needed. Maybe an instruction sheet on the hot tub. Maybe a few updated pictures. The Cabana was a great addition. Our daughter, son in law and 2 teenagers stayed there. Was fun having the cows to watch and fishing in their pasture was fun. We had a very fun family vacation. We would definitely come back.

This property was amazing! The land and animals were beautiful, the house and pool house were warm and welcoming, and of course the pool and spa were great. The hosts were excellent communicators. We had a group of 11 adults stay here and a great time was had by all.

Unique country home with amazing pool.
We have stayed at several larger homes with inground pools with our family, but this pool is the best! The design offers something for all ages. It was heated and salt water. There is no diving board but that was fine with us. It was extremely hot so the kids and a couple of adults only used the hot tub once but it very large and looks like fun. The house met our needs and was clean snd attractive. I loved the stained glass windows. The pool house smelled a bit musty. The couple using one of the bedrooms used the master bathroom in the main house for showering but that was not a problem. The kids loved seeing and feeding the alpacas. The alpacas and cows hung around the pond most of the time because of the heat. The grounds were not really that nice for playing whiffle ball., etc. but the view was amazing and calming. This home is on a farm. The cows right up to the house but I think because a gate was left open. They were not a threat at all. Communication was always available with management.

location was wonderful, having the pool and hot tub was ideal for our family to enjoy. Our only complaint was there was no communication or response for concerns addressed upon check-in regarding garbage bags, toilet paper and maintenance issues regarding popped nails in the pool house that our grandson caught his foot on. There was an extensive list for the check-out process that was not communicated early on so our only comment would be to provide all necessary information at booking regarding check-in, concerns during your stay and check-out process. Amazing Property for a Nashville stay !!
We looooooved this property ! It’s amazing. A group of 13 sent for a trip to Nashville and had so much fun. Wished we would have had more time. Friends caught some good size bass in the pond, Alpacas we’re so much fun to feed and watch and the hot tub was amazing ! The absolute ONLY downfall is it took about 45 minutes to get to downtown Nashville, other than that everything was perfect .. despite the drive I would still choose to stay here to have the experience and fun things to do on property. There’s a little town probably 5-10 minutes down the road where we went a few times for breakfast and lunch & they have any essentials you may need. The owner was even nice enough to let us check in early ! Highly recommend ! (Pool wasn’t open for our stay since it was March/April but we will DEFINITELY be back for another stay when we can get in!!)
