The building is located on Music Row, and is right next to all the recording studios and record labels. You never know who you might see walking around! Music Row is one of the most iconic neighborhoods in Nashville. It's where all of your favorite celebrity musicians record the songs we know and love today! Some of the greatest stars in country music have even been within these walls!! Sidewalks right outside of the home to walk to some of the best bars, live music and nightlife Nashville has to offer. The location is amazing. Everything is on one level.

Great Location!
It was our first time in Nashville and because of the prime location of the Rock-n-row warehouse, it made traveling to different areas around Nashville so much easier! Our favorite part was the decor which made the stay a lot of fun! We definitely recommend staying here, as we hope to do again in the future! 5 STARS!

Wonderful Stay
The house was great for our trip to Nashville to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. We enjoyed the pool table and the open space of the house. It was an easy walk to local coffee shops and the Gulch neighborhood, which had tons of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend Biscuit Love and the Pancake Pantry for breakfast. The communication with the host was great. I would stay again.

Perfect for Music and Food Fans!
Booked this stay for my husband, a chef and his best friend, a musician. They loved it! Perfect location right in Music Row. The place was spacious, clean and has a great front porch for relaxing with an evening cocktail. Highly recommend for a Nashville vacation or for business.

FANTASTIC
My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is unbeatable. Very convenient to have a parking space as well in that part of town. The amenities were top notch. We enjoyed playing pool every afternoon when we weren’t exploring Nashville. The host is extremely responsive and attentive. I won’t hesitate to book this property again with my next stay in Nashville!!

This is a great place for a girls get away. The dressing room is Pretty in Pink with a Dolly vibe. The open concept kitchen and living room is a great to relaxing in and play a game of pool with your friends.

Excellent Location
Close to everything but just far enough away. We enjoyed the property. The pool table was a big hit. Wish shower was larger but it’s an old building so plan to enjoy the character along with the history. Highly recommend.

Great Property
My wife and our two teenage sons stayed here to tour Vanderbilt and check out the Nashville area. The space was great. Huge space with several areas to hang out. It's a studio space that was converted to residential, which makes for a kind of funky layout, but it wasnt an issue at all. Walking distance to Vanderbilt and several restaurants, the location was perfect for us. Definitely recommend for groups or families (we pushed the twin beds together for me and my wife). Hosts were easy to reach and very informative. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Stay in Nashville
We had the best time celebrating my best friends bachelorette week! House is close to everything you need to experience in Nashville and very spacious for a big group of girls. Lots of space to decorate! One thing I will say, is the fan in the double bed room does not work at all and in the bunk room, it only works when the light is on. Other than that, we had an incredible stay and will definitely be back!

This place was amazing! Was better than pictures. The space was MASSIVE and had so much space for myself and friends. Like seriously it was so open and bright we loved it. Beds were comfy. There was several places to lounge too.

Great property- bougie vibes. Designed as party space. Easy commute to tourist areas. Great townie bar (beer only) right behind the unit. Short walk to West End. Cons: no privacy in the rooms. Not ideal for couples wanting privacy. Loud noise from huge construction projects starting at 7am. The larger room is has way too much light in it- needs light blocking curtains. Also, only one VERY tiny shower. Given the size of the place and occupancy potential, this tiny stall shower really isn’t enough. Water pressure was too low also. If I were here for a bachelorette party with 4-6 girls, or an adult family it’s a great option. Not for romantic trips ;)
