LEVEL ONE
The first floor features one bedroom w/ Queen bed and its own private 3pc ensuite bathroom. In the garage you will find our Large Game Room complete with Pac-Man Arcade game, 2xTV's and Par-6 Mini-Golf.
LEVEL TWO
The second floor contains the kitchen, living room, balcony, trundle daybed (two single beds) and half bath.
LEVEL THREE
The third floor features two bedrooms, one Master Bedroom with King Bed, and the secondary bedroom with two Queen sized beds. Both these bedrooms have their own dedicated walk-in closet and luxurious private ensuite bathroom. Conveniently located on this floor is also the Laundry room (washer & dryer) and Make-up Room w/ Hollywood Mirror.
The property has high-speed WiFi and TVs in each bedroom.
SMART TVs - We provide complimentary YouTube TV for all guests. Guests have the ability to login to their own streaming service profiles at their discretion.
PARKING
There is room for two spots directly behind the garage. Please see the picture with the highlighted areas showcasing the free parking available to guests.
Additionally, we provide guests with standard kitchen appliances, k-cups, pots and pans, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryers, iron and iron board, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, toilet paper, makeup towels, paper towels and other home/travel essentials. We have you covered!
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out. We also enhance property security with a Ring doorbell.
Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group.
The home is located in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood of Nashville and steps away from Geodis Park, the Fairgrounds, and the Expo Center. Located a few blocks south of Downtown, the Wedgewood-Houston (or “WeHo”) neighborhood is a creative hub on the cultural rise with artists and entrepreneurs opening art galleries, studios and workshops, restaurants, distilleries and breweries in the area. Some of our favorite places to visit in the neighborhood are Dicey's Pizza & Tavern, the Adventure Science Center, Diskin Cider, Bastion, and the Nashville Design Collective.
Nashville is an Uber/Lyft-friendly city. We do not recommend any of the public transit options and encourage guests to bring their own vehicle or use ride-share services. Generally speaking, you're "10 minutes from everywhere" when in Nashville. We encourage guests to lock their vehicles and use appropriate safety-measures regardless of your location within the city.

PET FRIENDLY - We are pet-friendly hosts; however, we must be informed of all pets occupying the property prior to your stay. An additional $100/pet cleaning fee will be administered for your stay. Any evidence of unregistered pets in the house or on the property will result in a $250 fine. Service animals are not considered pets and are not subject to the pet fee (with appropriate documentation); however, emotional support animals are considered pets.
NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES
Any indication of smoking within the house will result in a $250 fine.
PET FRIENDLY
We welcome pets but require prior information about all pets staying on the property. An additional $100 cleaning fee per pet will apply. Failure to register pets or evidence of unregistered pets will incur a $250 fine. Service animals, with appropriate documentation, are exempt from the pet fee; however, emotional support animals are considered pets.
CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
You'll receive check-in details before your stay. Standard check-in time is 4 PM. We offer early check-in at 2 PM for an additional $50 and at 12 PM for $100, subject to availability for bag drop-offs.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Standard check-out time is 10 AM. Please take out the trash and start the dishwasher before locking the door on your way out. Also, remember to double-check for your chargers, headphones, and other personal items before leaving. Our housekeeping staff will greatly appreciate your help! Late check-out options are available at 12 PM for $50 and at 2 PM for $100.
EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unusually messy state. Please treat the property with care, as you are responsible for any damage caused.
RULES
Failure to comply with these rules resulting in refunds or discounts for subsequent guests may lead to charges on your end.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
The primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement to activate their smart lock access code.
