PREMIER LOCATION - Walk 1 block to12 South's Bars & Restaurants

Located in the HEART of the12 South District and 1 block from more than 12 restaurants, bars and shops. This cool and cozy apartment in our 100 year old Tudor triplex is 2 miles from Vanderbilt University and 1 mile from Belmont University and Downtown Nashville's Broadway entertainment district. Enjoy 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, plenty of free parking, full kitchen, Washer & Dryer and more!

The Master Bedroom is equipped with a King bed and its own private Bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a full-bath in the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, Double oven/stove, coffee pot, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans and all your basic utensils. There is also 2 twin cots and an additional queen size air mattress. We offer this property with the Short Term Rental Permit obtained by Nashville's Metro Codes Department

Not what we thought we were getting
Guest bathroom and kitchen were not what was expected. Bathroom has paint falling off above shower and plumbing struggles to flush. Great location near 12 south, was why we stayed there, but stains on couch looked fresh. Dust on bedding and shudders. Would be nice to have hair dryer or state that one is not there.

Amazing Location!
This house was just as described with it's proximity to the 12 South District. We walked there every morning to grab breakfast and coffee. It was also only a short ride to Broadway either by Uber or Lime Bike. Quiet neighborhood and the home had alot of character and charm.

Excellent long-term stay in great neighborhood, convenient to downtown.
The property was small, but very well kept. The communication with the host was excellent! It was a very warm summer (for part of it, at least), so the AC units had a little trouble keeping up throughout the house, but it was not bad in the evenings. The house is right across from a park, around the corner from some great restaurants and such and very convenient to downtown and other Nashville features. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient, safe, affordable and fun!
Great place to stay if you are looking for a nice quiet neighborhood. Only a 10 minutes Uber ride to downtown. Less than half a block away from cute stores to shop at, great restaurants and coffee shops.

Terrible!!!
We left after being in the unit for ten mins. Greeted by a cockroach and a strong smell of mold and must. Terrible for anyone but especially for people with allergies and asthma. The second bathroom was actually scary! I requested a refund as we didn’t stay there more then ten mins and rented a hotel instead. Have not heard from property manager. Will be contacting VRBO direct.

Property was great, but there is a little lack of info. We thought we were renting a house and turned out to be a 3 apartment rental. Great area, and Brian was very helpful. We would've like to have a table with chairs. Hard to sit and eat. All in all. Nice place.

GREAT Location in 12 South!
Perfect location for a girl's weekend in Nashville! The easiest walk to 12 South eating and shopping district. Easy Uber to Broadway, East Nashville and the Grand Ole Opry. The only downfall of the apartment is that there are no dresser drawers or proper closets to put clothing/items in. The towels are SUPER small, so if there are men staying, bring your own towels. The kitchen and couch were comfy and so were the beds.

Had a great stay. The location of the property is great with plenty to do in walking distance with downtown Nashville just around the corner. The house is older with the quirks that old houses have but located well, comfortable and as advertised.

Great location
Location can’t be beat. It’s an old house, and with that come old house quirks - like a window (with blinds) in one of the showers. Downstairs neighbors were loud and kept us up half the night one night, but were otherwise not an issue. Overall, the place was clean and matched the listing description.

Location. ‘Nough said. If you want to visit 12S stay here. And eminently convenient arrival and departure. Couldn’t be easier. If you insist on knowing more, it’s comfortable and serviceable and even has a little character. But again, this rental is about location.

Such a great location!
I had a girls weekend with my two daughters. We loved the location. Easy access to shopping, food, the park. A quick Uber to broadway. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property and great host!
We loved this property, everything was super clean and exactly like the pictures. Also a great location, 10 minute drive from broadway (which made our Ubers super cheap). And Brian was a great host! Very communicative and quick to respond.

Nice, relaxing location
We happened to be there a weekend that the Titans played so downtown was very busy. It was nice to get back to our VRBO to relax. Great location, there were plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy within walking distance and it was a quick, short Uber drive to downtown. We would definitely stay again if we’re back in Nashville

Good stay, great location
Our family stayed here while moving our daughter into college. Was satisfied overall, just a couple things were bothersome. Main problem was we had no WiFi the entire 4 day stay. Host said he fixed it, but it never did work. Second, the parking could be better and the driveway was very rough at the end. It scraped the bottom of our vehicle every time we exited. If we didn't have a rental, we would've been very concerned about that. The A/C units did fine, better in the master bedroom than the other one. The master bathroom is great, the other one is just okay. Everybody ended up using the master bath for showers. Overall, good experience, and would stay again- mostly because the location is so great.

Was nice.. except couple of concerns .. Driveway was very rough where it joined Kirkwood. Portable AC units couldnt keep up with outdoor heat .. assume Central AC was not working ? Overall- loved the neighborhood and proximity to 12 South Would stay again
