Modern Living on the downtown Riverfront beautifully decorated for an out of this world stay .
WALK to Broadway, Honkey Tonks, Bridgestone Arena. Country Music Hall Of Fame, Tootsies, Ryman. FREE secure parking, FREE WiFi.
We are in an urban area close to the train and the sites and sounds of the city around us , so those noises will be heard during your stay !
Please note this building is in the very heart of Nashville. We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables outside of this building such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening outside at the time of your trip. This is a multifamily complex whose ownership controls the amenities/common areas and exterior/shared interior spaces.
We strive to deliver a wonderful stay and experience on everything we can control within the apartment itself to ensure you have a fabulous time in Nashville!

I am close by to help with anything you may need to want to give you your space to enjoy your stay .
We are located on the Riverfront in downtown Nashville in an area called Germantown .. It has chic restaurants in restored Victorian buildings and cafes along brick sidewalks, Germantown exudes period charm .
Former warehouse contain elegant boutiques selling high- end shoes and clothing, while Nashvilles Farmers Market has eclectic global eateries as well as vendors offering seasonal produce.
Nearby the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park features Skyline views and monuments to Tennessee History.
The building is secure with access through our door system Latch I will give you access prior to your check in date it is an app with your email address . If you do not have a smart phone I can generate you a code to do manually .
We have 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths
1 bedroom is a king with en-suite bath
2 bedroom is 1 king bed outside of the 1/2 bath
3 bedroom is a king full bath just outside the door
full bath is in the hall
We have open parking first come first serve as well as some visitor spots in the secure garage , fully stocked kitchen with coffee water and a local Nashville treat.
We also have a patio to enjoy the skyline of Nashville as well as the watching the boats go down the river.
We are in urban downtown Nashville , .5 miles from Broadway you can Uber Lyft , Hop on Hop Off Trolly , Scooter , Taxi or walk to most anything !

Short visit with Family
A very nice, but quick visit to Nashville. I would stay in this condo again, and I would recommend it to friends. Not a huge fan of the latch entry system. Worked because we had multiple people and could stand at various entrances to see what unlocked. Labeling of parking and Latch could be better. A few very minor cleanliness issues - much like my home.

Great property
We had a great stay. Clean and well appointed condo. Walkable to Broadway, but so much more fun to scooter. Great communication from Mark, who answered my messages promptly and was very accommodating. I’m a light sleeper and the train didn’t disturb me. Maybe that’s because the bedding and pillows were so comfy! No complaints!

So well appointed, clean and open. Easy drive (about 1.5 Mile) to Broadway. Large rooms great balcony for watching boats go by. Excellent security system. Owners were so responsive about any inquires.

This place is very nice with extra amenities like coffee, water, detergent, plenty of toilet paper, facial cleaners and bathing supplies. Ride share pick ups were super quick from this location. The property manager is super responsive.

Wonderful!
Everything was perfect for 6 adults! We loved that each couple had king size beds. Everything we needed was there for us to use. We loved seeing the train go by and the river view! The only thing was it was a little further from from Broadway than we expected for walking. However we walked it most of the time. It was an amazing place for our first trip to Nashville! Thank you for the beautiful stay! Doug and Heidi Lang!

Beautiful place
Gorgeous unit with great amenities. Beautiful view. Walkable to downtown but $10-15 dollar Uber if not interested in walking. As advertised, there is a train track next to the building and trains began running around 4:30 am when we were there. We had no light sleepers in the group so it didn’t bother us but might bother others. Owners were very helpful with questions. Would stay there again.

Loved this place!
We had the best girls trip and this place was perfect! Amazing view! The host was so nice and accommodating. Beds were supper comfy and the place was really clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was beautiful- pictures are accurate. We did walk to Broadway one day but would not recommend walking at night. Uber service to and from condo was a breeze. Moon shot coffee shop and Jonathan’s grill were yummy and conveniently located. A few minor possible negatives. There is still a lot of construction in that area so be aware of road detours and some noise. The trains do run by a few times a day so be forewarned. Also there are no window treatments in the living room so lots of sunlight in the morning and the blue train light flashes all night. Other than that no complaints. Parking was great! Overall a fun weekend in Nashville.

We like the location and being on the river. The latch app was a bit difficult at times. However, having the host's phone number helped a lot. We would book it again!

Great condo!
We would definitely stay here again! Pros - Condo was very spacious and decorated nicely. Beds/mattresses were fantastic! River view was beautiful. Deck overlooking the river was great! Cons- we had lousy neighbors who had a party each night when they returned from Broadway at 3 am. You are right next to a train track and the trains are noisy- so bring earplugs and you won’t hear the trains or loud neighbors at night.

Great condo near downtown
Great condo near downtown super clean and very comfy beds. Really cool being right on the river a little noisy next to the train track but also kind of cool. The latch key system works like a champ. While we were there, there was a neighbor upstairs that liked to walk around at two in the morning. Uber was no problem for times that we didn’t feel like walking.

Taking on Nashville!
We had a great time! The condo is beautiful! Trains do go by it, but you get used to them and didn’t keep anyone awake. The location was a walkable distance to Broadway, which we loved! Mark and Scarlett were great with communication and checked in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything, Definitely recommend!

Immaculately clean, beautiful, and safe property.
The property was outstanding. Hands down the cleanest rental I've ever vacationed in. Walking distance to Broadway or a very inexpensive Uber ride. Scarlett was responsive and very accommodating. Highly recommended for your next Nashville trip!

It was a very nice weekend. The scenery was beautiful along the water, trains took a little getting used to but kind of fun. We had a little trouble with the shower in the hall bathroom, and that was taken care of promptly. The only suggestion I would have is to take a look at the finish of the tubs, they were very slippery. Also, the tenants above could be heard Walking around late night not a lot of insulation between their floor and our ceiling. Thank you

Great condo and a lovely location!
What a lovely, bright and clean condo! It's near to everything, whether you want to walk or drive, or even take a city scooter. Parking is easy. Entry and exit are also easy with the latch app. The bedrooms were clean and bright and comfortable. The space is right near a train track bridge. The trains come by all day and night but are never too loud. In fact, they're fun and become a really fun part of the stay! We really enjoyed all the different trains. We also enjoyed watching the osprey manage their nests on the bridge. Barges and interesting river traffic were fun to watch! The balcony overlooks the river, and it's a wonderful place to sit. The bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked well. Each bedroom has a closet, too. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and coffee creamer, ice, paper towels, and water bottles. They really take care of you here! The only downsides are minor and would not prevent me from staying again. There was a party upstairs that went on for two days straight. But after contacting the hosts, they quieted down. The bedroom by the door, when you enter the condo, would benefit from some blackout curtains over an old window to the condo facility hallway. The window is paneled such that you cannot see through it, but the light from the hallway does come in and can disrupt a light-sensitive sleeper. Again- very minor. This is a five-star place and when I return to Nashville I will try to rent it again. Thank you to the hosts!

A great place to stay to enjoy the downtown Nashville area!
The Condos were clean, roomy with nice views of the Cumberland River. Easy walk along the river to Broadway Street. The host's communication was great and made it easy to check in and check out. Thanks for a great place to stay! We would stay there again.
