Welcome to LOFTS AT 30TH. This beautifully designed space is centrally located in the West End Corridor. Walking distance to Centennial Park, Vanderbilt University, shopping, hundreds of restaurants/ entertainment options, and only a 6 minute Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway. This entire space has been intricately designed with designer furnishings throughout. All units include a fully equipped kitchen stocked with your basic cooking essentials. Also features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. 2 smart TV's located in the living room and the bedroom. Plus a King bed guaranteed to provide a GoodNight sleep. The perfect home base for your stay.
*We offer multiple rooms for this building each are designed to provide a beautiful/comfortable place to stay. While our rooms remain consistent the layout and design may vary.

Additional House Rules:
- Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A non-refundable accidental damage coverage policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $25 - covers $500 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, Makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
- We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.
- Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.

Safe neighborhood. Easy to walk to Music Row. A short uber ride to Broadway.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location met all our needs. The unit was mostly clean but the floors were dirty. White sox immediately turned black. The shower door is a bad design. It's only a half door, and the water runs out and pools on the floor. A bath mat was not provided and we only had one towel each. There was no kitchen towel provided. We did not have a communication tool to contact management. And the "hidden" mandatory damage waiver fee of $25 is not transparent. It should be mentioned along w the total cost before bookong. Again, the location was ideal, the unit nicely furnished.

Great property with challenging checkin
The identity verification requirement for check in was very challenging because the application that you’re required to use was not working. It required multiple failed attempts and multiple calls to the property management company. There were only two sets of towels for a 4 night stay which wasn’t sufficient.

There was no bed sheets and towels for the third people with minimum support from the host. (We made a reservation for 3 people). Also some infrastructure issues that it was not solved as shower sink that was not draining the water properly. Otherwise all instructions for get in and out were perfect and location was good as well.

Short Visit to see our son
The location was great! The loft itself was wonderful. One of the thingswe really liked was that you could close off the bedroom from the kitchen/living room. I am an early riser, and my hubs isnt. I was able to make coffee/do my yoga, etc without diaturbing him. Quiet place

Property was very convenient to Nashville (less than 10 minute drive) if you’re looking for a neighborhood feel but still want to be close to all the fun. Cute little place for a couples getaway!

The inside of the building looks much nicer than outside. It’s near the park and Vanderbilt. It’s easy to get in and out of once they send you the details. The problem is that the tell you that there will be a check in button 30 minutes before but 8 minutes before check in there was still no button. I had to call and then she released the details on how to check in. I shouldn’t have had to call and without it you are not going to figure out how to get in. Minor details that would help are that you have to hit the name on the lock to get the #’s to light up and after you input the code you need to hit the check mark. They don’t tell you that. Otherwise it’s a decent unit. Starting to get some wear and tear but overall nice for one couple.

Great Location, Stingy Hosts
Overall, the apartment has off street parking, was decorated nicely, had an incredibly comfortable bed, and was in an amazing location minutes from downtown. We had issues with the Wifi network, but it was quickly resolved with the host. Our only complaint was that we were given one towel per guest for a 4 night stay. I understand water conservation and re-using towels, but in the Nashville heat we were sometimes showering twice per day. When we reached out to the host to ask for a few more towels for our upcoming busy days (we didn't want to do laundry each day cleaning the towels), they argued and negotiated with us about bringing any additional. After some back and forth, they brought 2 more towels (after asking for 4 - which still meant we needed to do laundry). That felt incredibly ridiculous and a waste of our time on vacation. Our immediate thought was "if we would've stayed in a hotel, they would've brought us 50 towels within minutes if we needed them". Again - a small complaint, but we felt it was necessary to let future potential renters know to either bring additional towels with you or to request additional up front.

Hi, my husband and I had a lovely time. The condo was clean except for the ceiling fan. It is covered in dust so I would suggest you ask the cleaning crew to be sure to clean it regularly. I didn't want to use it because there was so much dust.

GREAT! But....
This spot is in the perfect location for a quick Nashville getaway, especially if you want to walk some areas on your own. The place was clean and easy to navigate. The 2 missing pieces: the wifi wasn't working, and there were very limited amounts of linens. I need more than one towel and one washcloth. And there are no extra blankets? Overall, great experience. Just wish i could have the real VRBO experience with some extra linens.

Well equipped, comfortable condo close to Vanderbilt university a 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Had a couple of issues that were taken care of by property manager. Management based in Arizona resulted in overnight delay in issue resolution. Condo could use a deep clean. Otherwise enjoyed our 3 night stay.

PERFECT Holiday Retreat Location~!
My husband and I started a new tradition to travel every Christmas. We picked Nashville this year so wanted something centrally located so we can take advantage of the MANY wonderful offerings of the city. This little perfect loft HIT THE SPOT. Clean, secure, had all the needed amenities and we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful stay! Definitely will rebook if we make it back to Nashville. Thank you!
