This 1700+ sq foot apartment features an open concept design with a large kitchen and living room, modernistic furniture and an airy cathedral ceiling. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, a countertop bar and everything that you’ll need to live like a local, including a coffee machine and locally sourced coffee.

Sleep soundly in the primary bedroom featuring a king bed, walk-in closet and luxurious ensuite bathroom. The second floor features two king bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The third floor features two additional full size Murphy beds that allow the space to be easily transformed into a large entertainment floor, featuring a wet bar and rooftop patio with seating.. This one of a kind stay boasts enough room to sleep 10 guests.

This unit can be reserved with and connected to Unit E to allow for accommodations for an additional 12 guests.
Guest access
Mint House guests will have full access to the apartment. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent 18 hours prior to arrival.
Other things to note
Service animals allowed. ESA’s (Emotional Support Animals) allowed with proper documentation and vaccination records.
Parking is not available onsite. A parking garage is available 2 blocks away at 623 Union St, Nashville, TN 37219 for $50/ night.
