Completely Renovated Historical Cottage -- Walking distance to Downtown Franklin

Here to experience Franklin and all its beauty? Well you’ve picked the right spot!
Our newly renovated home, nestled in Historic Franklin, is just a short mile walk to Downtown Franklin, where guest can enjoy all the local coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. Wanting to get in touch with some history? Visit the Battle of Franklin- Civil War Museum/Site- with only a 5-minute drive. Whether you are here to experience the historical sites, Main Street festivals, live music or antique shopping, our home will offer you the perfect retreat after a busy day on the town.

The Space:
Our quaint 2 bedroom (Cal-King Beds), 2 bathrooms and additional den with a full-size daybed, can fit up to 5 guests comfortably. From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted with a beautiful newly redone landscape, where you can sit on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee! The open floor plan kitchen is the perfect space for entertaining, gathering and socializing and comes fully equipped for your cooking plans!

• We are within walking distance to Downtown Franklin
• 25 minute drive to Downtown Nashville (Broadway and Music Row)
• 30 minute drive to the Nissan Stadium (Home of the Titians)
• 10 minute drive to Lepris Fork

CUTEST cottage/house in Tennessee!!! PERFECTION
My husband and I were in the Nashville area for a week and Serenity Cottage fit our needs perfectly. It was super cute online and I was worried it wouldn't be as cute in person. I was so wrong. It's even prettier in person!! Georgia, the owner, has spent her time and talent curating every detail from the artwork to the dishes. She was a pleasure to work with and was easy to communicate with. If I ever go back to Nashville for a long term stay I will definitely stay again and I would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone who is looking for a modern, yet cute and charming getaway. I kept saying over and over again - how charming this house was and felt blessed that it was available during our time in Nashville. Don't hesitate to rent this home. You will not be sorry. It is a GEM of a house!!!!!

Cute and Comfy Stay Near Downtown Franklin
We enjoyed staying in Georgia’s property in Franklin! The decor and furnishings were adorable and the beds comfy. Georgia was incredibly helpful and hospitable and even left us yummy drinks and snacks to enjoy! We will be back on our next girl’s trip!!

Beautiful Home!

Perfect getaway
My husband and I traveled with another couple for a little getaway and Franklin did not disappoint. The house was even better than pictured, my girlfriend and I love interior design and loved every little detail of this charming home. Location was very convenient to historic downtown, groceries and a short drive to Leipers Fork and Nashville. The neighborhood was very quiet and we even had people walking by welcoming us to the area. Georgia and her assistant were quick to respond to any questions and our stay was absolutely perfect. We loved this area, beautiful town with great people. We would definitely return and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Cottage!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cottage, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the charming exterior and the serene surroundings. The interior was impeccably organized and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cozy living area and well-equipped kitchen made it a home away from home. Whether sipping coffee on the porch or enjoying a serene evening, the experience was simply magical. The host’s hospitality was exceptional. They provided clear instructions and were readily available to answer any questions, making the whole stay seamless and enjoyable. I felt like a valued guest throughout my visit. Lesson Learned
The owner of this property lacks integrity and her word means nothing: The property is charming looking inside and out with lovely looking decor. I was especially taken with the beautiful Mother Mary sculpture art with praying hands hanging in the kitchen. For me it denoted a person with virtue and a clean conscience likely owns this house. That was apparently a false assumption on my part. Upon entering the house I was overwhelmed by a wall of artificial perfume air freshener. This chemical smell triggered an allergic reaction that caused my tongue to begin to swell in this house. I could not stay inside. I called the owner to tell her my situation. She was kind sounding, seemingly understanding and maybe briefly felt some compassion for me. She seemed unaware that many people have some level of intolerance or allergy to the toxins in artificial chemical smells. I asked her for a refund and she verbally agreed to fully refund my money. With my phone on speaker my father stood next to me and heard the agreement also. I was very appreciative and thanked her for her generosity and understanding. It was a great relief that I could move to another place that wasn’t going to cause anaphylaxis. After my trip I corresponded with the owner. She was initially pleasant during our interactions. Before resolution she decided to cease all communication with me and ignore my messages. When contacted VRBO put the onus for the refund on owner.

Absolute Serenity!
The Serenity Cottage does NOT disappoint! Beautifully decorated, top notch clean, smells lovely, beds and linens are wonderful! The Serenity Cottage leaves you wanting for nothing, Georgia has thought of everything. VERY well stocked kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. Topping it off with a FANTASTIC location for any adventure, shopping, dining, dancing, kayaking, walking or even just to relax and read a good book. Very accommodating owner, she is absolutely delightful! We will be back. Thank you Georgia!

It was clean, cute and comfortable. I was disappointed that I didn’t learn that the oven was not working until I asked how to turn it on. It would have been great to know that before we arrived. That seems like it was as a one off issue and I would stay again.

Perfect Getaway
We enjoyed this trip so much ! The property was precious with everything you could possibly need. Kitchen is fully stocked, the furnishings are beautiful and the property owner was more than accommodating. This is a cozy house close to Main Street in Franklin. We enjoyed an easy check in with a basket of goodies on the table - which was much appreciated after a long day of travel!
