You can take advantage of the grounds and gardens and feel like you are miles away from everything. Yet, it's a short ride to downtown Nashville and the Grand Ole Opry is just around the corner.

We've set up the kitchen so that you can make anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. Kitchens are kind of important to our family!

We are very excited for you to stay here and hope that you enjoy your time in Music City. Please feel free to let us know if you need anything or if you have any concerns. We will assist you in any way that we can.

We have a minimum two-night stay on weekends but during the week will accept one-night stays.

If you would like to ask anything about Music City, we will be glad to offer our ideas about this great town. It is also set up so that if you don't ever want to see us, you probably won't.

This area of Nashville has plenty to offer with the biggest Mall in Tennessee and lots of restaurants and things to do. It can also be a quiet relaxing time if that is what you like.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please respect the quiet neighborhood and neighbors.

We are a short distance from the airport and there is a train station down the road that goes into Nashville in the mornings and evenings. We are a short cab or Uber ride to the Honky Tonks and happenings downtown as well.

Nashville has the highest Hotel rates in the nation. We are less than half as much and you get so much more with the Retreat at Two Rivers!

Absolutely perfect!
We were only in town for an extended weekend, but this rental was in the perfect location, and had everything we needed. The hosts were quick to respond. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

Awesome and unique place
Check in was easy, the place has all the things you would need. Bed wasnt the most comfortable but thats relative to each guest. We would give it 5 stars across the board but the cleanliness was not perfect. However the things that really matter were in order, bedding, towels dishes etc.

We arrived an hour early as we didn’t realized the time change, but the owners were there and had everything ready! We enjoyed our stay, owners communicated well! They provided some great information for what to do during your stay, and where to go! The townhouse is connected to the main living quarters of the home but was ornate and very comfortable! The backyard was a great area to overlook! We really enjoyed our stay! Recommend this property as it is located a mile from Opry, and only 15 minutes from downtown. Great stay!

Overall, my family really enjoyed staying Here. We did have a little difficulty with the front steps since my sister has some mobility issues and we had a cousin of mine who is blind. I would suggest that they replace the railings that are shown in some old pictures. Otherwise, they were wonderful and accommodating responded Quickly to questions were very open to us to walk around the grounds and use their patio outback. They have the cutest little Crib set up for people with a baby in a little closet. There is plenty of hanging space would suggest that they could use some more hangers or People should bring hangers with them. They have plenty of blankets if your cold and pillows. There are two pull out cots that my family ended up using since they could be close to the person who was blind, who ended up sleeping on the extended piece of the couch, which she found very comfortable. I had my brother with me and he loves sleeping out on the patio. Upstairs could definitely accommodate at least four people if children may be six and the pullout bed downstairs on the couch could’ve been used, but my family chose not to. As far as location we found it fairly easy to get to any place We wanted to get to, although it’s not in the center of Nashville Really didn’t mind that, but it is close to some popular areas. If the hosts happen to be reviewing this, I did want to mention to them that one of the pullout beds has lost a wheel, so my family actually carried it so it wouldn’t

Horrible, I would give zero stars if I could.
We made it this location which was really hard to find. Once we made it we noticed that there were 6 cars parked in the same yard as well. This place is a shared location. There is a personal house connected which made me feel very unsafe. There were spider webs everywhere. The home was really old and dusty. It looks like something that was built on just to make money. The owner was really rude after I expressed that nowhere on th e website states that there is another home here as well.He did not want to refund me my money. This place did not feel safe so do NOT waste your money like I did. This experience ALMOST ruined my birthday trip! This particular experience has me thinking twice about ever booking with Vrbo again! I repeat this HOUSE IS CONNECTED TO ANOTHER HOME AND THE OWNERS AND THE VRBO knows this is horrible!

Stunning
This home is in a very nice,quiet part of town. We spent a lot of time at the fire pit enjoying the quiet peaceful back yard. The owners were so helpful before we even arrived, suggesting places to get a dress for a wedding we were to attend. I will be visiting again!!!

Great week!
This property was so convenient for our stay…our granddaughter was dancing at the Gaylord all week, which was only five minutes from us! It’s a gorgeous property…literally, my only negative thing to say about it is…it definitely needs a really good cleaning inside and out. The screened in porch is amazing but the spiderwebs have taken over…very dusty. We loved sitting outside under the little gazebo in the evening!! So peaceful ❤️. Overall this property was everything we needed for the week! The owners were very quick to respond to anything we asked! Very nice!

Wonderfully relaxing after a full day of broadway! We couldn’t have asked for anything more . Nice Property But
A nice property but felt it was not as listed 100%. Very quiet location but unfortunately very isolated. While in the main the property was as described did feel that a good spring clean would be in order and the property was looking quite tired in places especially the bathroom. In my view it could be luxury but not as it is at the moment. this did not detract from a very enjoyable week in Nashville.

What an amazing property! The pictures certainly didn't do it justice. When we first got there, we were blown away by how beautiful it was. And the welcoming committee (Vandy!) made the experience even more awesome. The hosts were wonderful, and very friendly and welcoming. They certainly made us feel special while we were staying there. The location was perfect for everything that we wanted to do. Opryland was a stone's throw away, and the Two Rivers Park was beautiful for a nice stroll. There was a grocery store just up the street, easy access to all the major highways, and central for a ton of fun. We can't say enough great things about this place. We only hope that the next time we're in Nashville, we're able to stay here again.

The property is super cute and comfortable. The screened deck is a lovely place to sit with a coffee in the morning. the hosts were easy to communicate with. The property is about 20 mins from downtown which is lovely as you can get away from the crazy. It’s 10 mins from Opreyland. Would definitely return.

We had a relaxing stay at 2 Rivers. We loved sitting in the enclosed porch in the morning with coffee & late afternoon with wine. It’s a good place to recharge after a busy & loud time in Nashville. The birds in the backyard are amazing. The porch could use a clean-up & rescreening.

We decided to stay here instead of with the others at opryland. Where the conference was. It saved about half the price with only a five minute commute to and from the conference. It was a beautiful place with such a nice relaxing atmosphere. The only thing I would of changed was the air freshener as it was a strong masculine cologne smell that did not agree well with my asthma. That is just a personal preference however. Other wise we are very happy and would definitely stay there again when we come back!

We loved the place. All the personal touches were appreciated. Would loved to have had a king instead of a queen, but we did well. We had to leave one nihht earlier than planned because my dad took a bad turn at the hospital over the weekend and we barely made it back before he died. Sad ending but we enjoyed what time we had . Darling Place and Amazing Location

Fantastic property and hosts
Our second time staying here, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The unit has everything a family could need for an extended stay, with many thoughtful additions. We didn't need a crib or pack-and-play, but it was very nice that the unit had them. Plenty of kitchenware, movies, books, puzzles, toys, and anything else you could want. Extremely convenient to Opry and downtown, but in a quiet rural location. This is a great VRBO location, which we highly recommend.

Birthday Stay
I came to Nashville with my girlfriend for her 21st birthday and this place was absolutely perfect for us. We only stayed two nights, but I wish it could have been a week. Doug and Darolyn provided a place that was clean, comfortable, and had far more than we needed. My only regret is that we didn't spend more time on the patio in the back. Also, if you're concerned about parking in an unfamiliar city, this is the place for you. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the hosts provide parking more private than where they park.
